1 med. carrot, sliced
1 rib celery, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
2 packages Chicken Flavor
Maruchan Ramen
4 cups water
12 cups cooked shredded
chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. flour
2 green onions, sliced
4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
Saut carrots, celery, and mushrooms in unsalted butter until tender. Add noodles, 3 12 cups water, seasoning packets and chicken to vegetables. Cook for 3 minutes. Combine flour and remaining 12 cup cold water. Stir into soup. Cook and stir until thickened, add green onions. Serve immediately, garnish with cheese and parsley.
