Double Sided Polyimide Tapes are made of 1 mil polyimide film with 1.5 mil of silicone adhesive coating on each side. They can withstand temperatures of up to 500°F(260°C). Double Sided Polyimide Tapes offer an excellent performance in electrical and thermal insulation and has high dielectric strength. These tapes offer outstanding thermal endurance with excellent puncture and tear resistance. They conform to MIL SPEC MIL-P-46112 Type I.

Kapton ® Masking Tapes are made from 1 Mil thick Kapton® HN film with silicone adhesive. These tapes have been used in applications at temperatures as low as -269°C (-452°F) and as high as 400°C (752°F). Solder Wave Masking Tapes, also known as Wave Solder Tapes, are ideal for use in solder wave masking and high temperature paint operations. They are also recognized as High Temperature Masking Tapes. These Solder Wave Masking Tapes are made from 6 Mil thick crepe paper with rubber adhesive that can be removed cleanly without leaving any residue. They can withstand molten solder for 5-8 seconds at 500° F. Each roll has 3" core and is 60 yards long.

Conformal Coating Tapes are made of 1 mil polyester film with 2 mil mustard colored rubber resin adhesive. They offer high temperature resistance needed in the conformal coating process. Conformal Coating Tapes are silicone free, therefore they do not leave any silicone shadow. Many components and printed circuit board locations must remain uncoated and the purpose of the conformal coating masking tapes is to prevent migration of the conformal coatings into components.They can withstand temperatures of up to 325ºF. These tapes are RoHS compliant. Conformal Coating Tapes offer the perfect solution to ensure areas for use as connector locations or insertion areas for interchangeable devices remain free of the protective coating.

Glass Cloth Tapes are used in powder coating, stenciling and the blasting industry to mask areas that do not require coating or blasting. They can be used for insulating coil connections and cable harness wrapping. Glass Cloth Masking Tapes can also be used as a permanent sealant for high temperature ducts and chambers. They are known for their high temperature resistance. Glass Cloth Tapes are made of 5 mil thick glass cloth film and 3 mil thick silicone adhesive. These masking tapes can withstand temperatures of up to 450°F and are packaged in a 3" core and 33 yards long.
