Specially formulated one component epoxy systems feature outstanding performance properties, long-term durability and easy application. These no mix compounds cure quickly at moderate temperatures. They are designed to increase productivity and eliminate waste.

Master Bond one and two component fluorosilicone adhesives, sealants, gasketing, potting compounds protect against erosioncorrosion and withstand exposure to oils, fuels, solvents and other aggressive fluids. These products have good mechanical strength properties and bond well to many similar and dissimilar substrates. These include glass, silicone rubbers, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and many plastics. Fluorosilicone elastomers feature enhanced performance capabilities. They also resist outdoor weathering, rigorous thermal cycling, have high elongation upon cure and exceptional highlow temperature serviceability.

Fast curing, single component, no mix UV curable potting compounds offer superior electrical insulation properties. Specific grades cure up to 14 inch in depth. These compounds protect against moisturechemicals, highlow temperature exposure, mechanicalthermal shock and vibration. Environmentally friendly, these products are 100% solid systems and contain no solvents.

Master Bond’s dual curing compounds cure both upon exposure to UV light and upon exposure to heat. These adhesives, sealants and coatings are applied to assemblies where complete UV curing is either too difficult or impossible to achieve, such as applications with complex geometries and concealed, “shadowed out” areas.

Two component epoxies feature unique versatility in application and performance. These systems consist of a resin and a hardener that can be formulated to offer a wide range of mechanical, thermal, optical and electrical properties. While mix ratios differ, they all offer the ability to cure at ambient temperatures or at elevated temperatures for faster cures.

Visible light curable adhesives feature high bond strength, thermal stability, chemical and water resistance and excellent surface cure. These one component compounds are designed to provide safe and rapid cures upon exposure to LED light at ambient temperatures. Environmentally friendly, these formulations are solvent free and contain no volatiles. Their adhesion to glass, metals, elastomers and many plastics is exceptional. Optically clear, Master Bond light curable adhesives offer consistent long-term durability and reliability.
