3M Cubitron II Q-Hardness Premium Performance Grinding Wheel is constructed of 3M precision-shaped ceramic grain to bring an exceptionally fast-cutting and long-lasting rigid bonded wheel for heavy weld removal and other heavy-duty grinding applications. The grinding wheel works well on almost all materials and is specially formulated for use on stainless steel, mild steel, and aerospace alloys. MOS: 15, 300 RPM
M Disc Sanders are packed with ergonomic comfort features and ideal for small-scale grinding and deburring applications as well as paint prep and weld burn clean-up. This is a ROLOC direct disc sander that accepts 3M ROLOC discs (quick-change type "R"). This design keeps the shaft attachment much shorter than using a standard die grinder and provides for significnatly improved control and reduced vibration. The ergonomic design has a slight offset from 90° for more comfort in the wrist. It also has a cushioned grip. 3M Disc Sanders have a lightweight, compact design and a 97° head that allows for greater wrist comfort and control. They also include a comfortable full coverage composite grip that absorbs vibration and moderates cold temperatures caused by air flow. In addition, the motor is precision balanced to ensure smoother and quieter operation over that of competitive sanders.
