Don't worry, all our snaps are hidden and no one would recognize the difference when running errands. All of our easy on/off chemotherapy shirts provide warmth, comfort, and access with wide sleeves. Only unsnap where needed for warmth. Gildan, 100% Ultra cotton t-shirts are used for all our products and have been tested by patients needing rehab for years. Color safe, preshrunk and some women even use as sleep-shirts. Same used for Kidney Dialysis treatment wear. Each shirt is customized for each patient, Style #, Color, Size, Left/Right snap side and their medical needs to provide dignity, privacy, and modesty. We sell individually and to clinic, doctor, and take orders directly through us by the dozen. Most chemo/dialysis/infusion/port/fistula patients order one and are so pleased will place a repeat order in several different colors. Orders are processed in a 1-2 day processing before mailing by "Priority Mail", 2 day expected delivery. Order quickly in time for surgery. Style #1 was the first post surgery wear to replace the hospital gown for a humerus replacement tested for 8 mos. of medical rehab wear. Multiple Orthopedic post surgery uses benefit the patient and caregiver with these easy on/off t-shirts for Rotator cuff tear, shoulder impingement, or replacement surgeries, broken arms, clavicle, cranial injuries. Style#2 is over the head and snap underarm and down the side. Style #3 is a combination of Style #1-#2 when unsnapped the patient can easily insert good arm first, wrap around back and snap like a robe on the surgery side. Order a size larger than normal and great for using as a sleep shirt. Orthopedic uses. Others - broken arms, clavicle, head injuries, frozen arm, strokes, and others with immobilities on either left or right to assist the rehab therapists.
T-Shirts for Kidney Dialysis Patients - "Snappy Tee's are durable, comfortable, functional, retain color after repeated washings and limit shrinkage. The dialysis patient uses our "SNAPPY TEE" t-shirts for treatments, three times per week lasting 4 hours each time in extremely cold treatment room. A typical treatment is 30 patients with technicians and nurses going from one patient to another checking for any problems. We had labeled Dialysis as a use, but we had never seen the actual process until meeting the Social Worker. I had my short sleeve t-shirts and the first words out of his mouth were, "Can you do long sleeves with the same snaps in your shirt?" I replied "Yes" and the next statement was "Did you know that your t-shirts have a built in life-saving feature for our patients?" Your tubes inserted between two closed snaps will secure the tubes from falling down preventing a life threatening event. We celebrated with the news of a new and improved kidney dialysis t-shirt for the patient. The only problem with our t-shirts was DAVITA Clinics would not allow t-shirts to be brought inside their clinics. Why? They are endorsing another competitor. Later, our long sleeve t-shirt has become an entire list of other multi-functional uses - This same kidney dialysis t-shirt can be customized on either left/right or both sides for comfortable use. Just today we learned that bone marrow patients can use our t-shirts. Wear these t-shirts to treatments, during treatment, and leave session wearing the same t-shirt. Easy-on, easy-off spinal cord injury shirts from my company increases movement and reduces discomfort during your recovery process. Medical Rehab Wear Inc. started as a home business in 2007 after my mother's orthopedic surgery (replacing the humerus bone) see Style #1. Style #4 for bedridden spinal cord injury patients when unsnapped becomes two pieces (front - back) The patient is rolled to one side of bed. The t-shirt back is on bed with patient rolled back on. Then the front is placed on chest with both sides being snapped by caregivers. Every snap is not required, but when snapped the snaps are totally hidden. Used for paraplegics and quadriplegics too. Great way to be comfortable in a heavy wt., 100% cotton t-shirt. Why are we the first to turn a t-shirt into a casual look available in 10 different colors. Doing It Myself After scouring the Internet for rehab wear, I discovered that there were no such products available to help my mother.
