Magnetic drive, sealless pumps provide leakproof operation. Each pump is selected for optimum filtration rates.
Standard chambers are CPVC construction. Kynar construction is available on several models.
Typical applications include electroplating, pharmaceutical, photographic, radioactive and other sensitive solutions.
Chambers accept all standard open ended filter and carbon tubes.
Systems are provided fully assembled and tested with all accessories required for immediate start-up.
All units are mounted on a rigid corrosion resistant panel. Single tube systems feature panels on rubber bumpers. All multi-tube models are supplied with ball bearing swivel casters.

Each Sethco Magnetic Drive Filter System is provided with a leakproof polypropylene, magnetic drive, sealless centrifugal pump. All standard polypropylene systems are suitable for temperatures to 180 F. Kynar system are available for temperatures as high as 210 F.
Each system includes inlet and outlet hose, hose clamps, a set of 15 micron filter tubes, and operation manual for immediate start-up. Every unit is pre-tested to insure proper operation. Single phase motors are provided with grounding plug and overload protection.

Sethco Corrosion resistant CPVC vertical pumps to filter, agitate and treat corrosive solutions used in metal finishing shops, laboratories and other chemical processes.

Recommended for all electroplating solutions including electroless nickel at 200 F (93 C).

Bag Filtering Systems
Complete systems include a pump and motor, chamber, filter bag, inlet and discharge hoses and all accessories required to set up and operate the system. All systems (except with ZDX Series pumps) are mounted on a corrosion resistant rigid plastic panel on rubber tire ball bearing casters or rubber feet, depending on model. DBG-12, 1 & 1-12 chambers sold with a Model ZDX pump come with a adjustable polypropylene mounting panel. Chamber models 2, 3 & 5 are provided with a coated steel base unless customer requests tank flange mount.

Mefiag's unique Carbolux Series system is uniquely engineered to separate waste products from industrial electrolytes and liquors(efflorescence).

Carbolux is excellent for separation of carbonates, sulfates and chlorides from a wide variety of industrial electrolytes and liquors including Cyanide zinc, Cyanide copper, Cyanide brass, Cyanide cadmium, Cyanide bronze, Cyanide silver, Cyanide tin, Alkaline zinc, Alkaline copper, Zinc nickel, Zinc ferrous, Acid copper and Pickling vats.

Without affecting production, Carbolux continuously takes a small quantity of electrolyte from the bath and cools it down to a precisely defined temperature.
