Microflex metal hose assemblies combine our high quality hoses and braids to create hose assemblies, which are designed for reliability and safety. Available in ¼" to 30" diameters, Microflex metal hose assemblies can be fabricated with virtually any type of weldable end fittings. Microflex can perform all types of leak tests and NDE; hydrotest, pneumatic, mass spectrometer, and dye penetrant, as well as X-ray. Microflex metal hose assemblies are used in a multitude of applications - from tank trucks to Space Shuttles; steam generation to gas separation - Microflex hose assemblies are the standard by which the industry compares all metal hose. Microflex’ ASME certified welders and ISO9001 certified facility provide you with the confidence you require when specifying metal hose for those demanding applications. European PED and Canadian CRN certifications are available.

Microflex standard line of "bellows-only" are available to qualified fabricators who require the flexibility to build their own expansion joints. Normally available on an expedited basis, standard Microflex bellows materials are Type 304, 321, and 316L, in sizes 2.5" to 48". Other sizes and alloys are available upon request.

Microflex Belt Type Dog Bone Expansion Joints are designed with an uncompromising standard of quality, which should provide you with years of maintenance-free operation in Steam Turbine to Condenser connections, at full vacuum to 15 psi. All dog bone belt frame assemblies are custom built in Microflex' new CNC machining center. Whether round or rectangular, each frame is precision machined to assure a good fit and a tight seal.

Microflex annular corrugated metal hose is manufactured from high quality materials which are precision welded and corrugated to create a flexible, long lasting, and reliable product. Manufactured in close and open pitch, ¼" to 30" diameters, Microflex metal hose is stocked in Type 321 and Type 316L stainless steel. Special alloy hoses are available upon request. Microflex's large inventory allows many shipments within hours; ISO9001 certification guarantees material composition and origin. Years of experience, along with Microflex' modern corrugating equipment, combine to provide the customer with the most consistent, reliable metal hose available.

Microflex Bellows Pump Connectors are designed for use as pump connectors where small axial movements may be encountered along with normal vibration. Available in 2" - 24" diameters, Microflex MBR and MBS bellows pump connectors are stocked in both popular lengths. 150# and 300# units with fixed flanges are standard. Units with floating flanges or other special configurations and alloys are available.

Microflex Duct Type Expansion Joints are designed for use in low pressure ducting systems where low spring rates and high flexibility are required. Normally provided with lightweight angle or plate flanges, Microflex Duct Type Expansion Joints are available in virtually any configuration. Years of experience designing and building duct type expansion joints for OEM's of power generation and fertilizer plants have provided Microflex with the ability and confidence to provide you with an expansion joint that will meet or exceed all of your requirements. Available unrestrained, tied, hinged, or gimballed; Finite Element Analysis is used to insure the design of all expansion joint hardware.
