Regional Rubber manufactures custom rubber gaskets utilizing a variety of production and material options to solve even the most challenging sealing applications. Our production capabilities include die cutting, molding, extruding, splicing, and hand fabrication. In many cases, several production methods may be required to produce the right gasket for the application. We manufacture rubber gaskets and seals from both solid and sponge materials and a variety of compounds including Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Viton and Silicone. Regional Rubber's White Food Grade Sheet is manufactured from FDA approved ingredients. It is a superior, long-life sheet designed for gasketing, counter tops and skirting in areas of food processing, as well as, pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing. This product is also approved for USDA meat and poultry processing. White Nitrile sheet is made from FDA approved ingredients per Z1 CFR 177.2600. It also meets "3A Sanitary Standards for Multiple Use Rubber and Rubber-like Materials used as product contact surfaces in dairy equipment, " Number 18-01, Class III and IV. It has good resistance to oily and greasy food products and abrasion. This sheet is non-marking.

Neoprene is a commonly selected compound due to its unique combination of properties, which has led to its use in thousands of applications in diverse environments. Neoprene is a polymer that provides moderate oil and gasoline resistance, very good resistance to ozone and sunlight, excellent adhesion to fabric and metals, good resistance to abrasion and flex cracking and very good resistance to alkalis and acids. -Style 304 Style #304 is a soft, 40 Durometer, good quality, blended CRNBRSBR sheet that meets ASTM D2000-BC-608 -Style 306 Style #306 is a medium hardness, 60 Durometer, good quality, blended CRNBRSBR sheet that meets ASTM D2000-BC-610 and is available up to 72" wide -Style 307 Style #307 is a hard, 70 Durometer, good quality, blended CRNBRSBR sheet that meets ASTM D2000-BC-710 -Style 308 Style #308 is a hard, 80 Durometer, good quality, blended CRNBRSBR sheet that meets ASTM D2000-BC-810

Natural Rubber or Tan Gum Rubber is commonly used in application that require high abrasions resistance such as tubes and sleeves for concrete chutes and for wear pads in many industrial applications.
