Millard's Creeper Conveyor or Accumulation Conveyor is designed to accept dumped products from combos, vats, or barrels. The slow pace conveyor collects products on the conveyor belt surface to be slowly forwarded into further processing operations and released as the line pace requires. As with all our belt conveyors, custom lengths, widths, and configurations are available. Millard's unique Belly Press provides a symmetrical method for flattening hog bellies just prior to processing or blast freezing. The smaller 4" Roller I Beam conveyor is best suited for Infeed overhead conveyors, Outfeed overhead conveyors, and General Transfer conveyors. Our engineers can custom design a layout and fabricate a complete 4" roller I beam system that utilizes a single or multi drive configuration and includes the beam work and conveyor supporting structure. These systems use X458 chain (X678 available) with trolley assemblies using blue poly wheels and cast drop finger attachments on customizable centers. The rail systems are beam supported, and we can supply all the rail hanger parts including the beams. Millard's Gambrel Table is a moving top table made of heavy duty stainless steel upon where the hogs are unshackled, correctly oriented and gambreled. Our Gambrel Table is of the same construction as our Shackle Table except for the width that is 6' instead of 4'.
