Moldtech performs custom micro molding of various components with thermoset elastomers. Proprietary injection presses are capable of molding miniature parts as small as 1100th of a gram (or even less). Mold bonding can be performed on various substrates including, but not limited to, Ultem®, nylon, titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, glass and thermoset composite. Capabilities include high, low and prototype production, full scale production and special development.

Moldtech produces a variety of gas masks and components for military applications. Many components involve overmolding and mold bonding to thermoplastic and metal inserts, utilizing a variety of rubber compounds.

Moldtech produces many connector seal products from a wide range of materials. Precision hole spacing and sizes ensures optimum end-product performance. Cryogenic shot blast deflashing deburring offers the precision control required to produce flash-free parts.

Moldtech overmolds various styles of cable ends using a range of materials. Precision pressure control in our small rubber injection presses ensures even filling, with minimum distortion to overmolded components and cables.
