The Eclipse 250 Plate Labeling System builds upon the Eclipse 200 Plate Labeling System. In addition to the motion control hardware required to rotate the Plate between four positions the Eclipse 250 includes motion control to allow for automatic adjustment of the Plate in the vertical axis. The Eclipse 250 includes an integrated HMI panel and controller that allows the Eclipse 250 to handle more complex tasks such as configuring print jobs from the panel andor communicating withexternal systems (PC’s or other lab automation instruments) to accept print data from those systems and send print results to those systems. The Eclipse 250 motion control hardware automatically rotates the Plate between four positions and can automatically raise or lower the Plate to control Label application height. This allows the system to follow a sequence to automatically apply up to four labels per Plate (centered on each side of an SBS footprint plate.)
