The Fume Eliminator is designed to be carried to the working area. Connected to a welding torch or to an extraction nozzle, the FE unit extracts the fume directly at source. FE 840 has a manual startstop function while the FE 841 has an automatic startstop function, which starts the unit as soon as the welding begins.

Small air polishing unit primarily used for areas with light to moderate pollution. Ideals for small service and repair shops, areas with diesel smoke, grinding particles or other airborne pollutants.

The Nederman CCD-1RC is design for free hanging applications to control light airborne dustsmoke in a contaminated air stream. Suitable applications include diesel smoke, grinding dust, weld fume, coolant mistsmoke and other airborne particulate.

It is design for indoor installation only and must be protected from excessive moisture.

The function of the machinery is that the airborne particulate is drawn by the fan into the air cleaner and through the filters located at the front of the unit. The cleaned air is discharged at the rear of the unit via a double deflection grill.

The Nederman power cable reel C20 reel is very easy to mount, either on walls or in ceilings and is supplied with an easily mounted snap-on, pivoting wall bracket and a unique safety latch for safe and easy service of electricity. The retractable power cable reel is equally suitable for electrical tools and hand lamps and has a thermal overload protection. The cable reel C20 has a cable distribution length up to 12 m.

NRS3 rotary valve
The rotary valve type NRS3 is used for continuous emptying of material from the dust collector.

The rotary valve can be used for emptying of several non-adhesive material types. Max. particle size for the NRS3 is 3 x 3 x 10 mm (.1 x .1 x .4 in.)

The NRS type rotary valve is used to transfer material between two separate systems. In pneumatic conveying systems discharge is usually required from the filter or cyclone to the silo, at atmospheric pressure. This is an ideal application for the NRS type rotary valve.

The rotary valve can be used for most material types, though the particle size must not exceed 13 x 13 x 13 mm (.5 x .5 x .5 in).

The Modular Filter System simply solves the need of cleaning the air from particles, smoke, dust, gases and smells.
