Nemco has established a line of oils for service in a range of recreational vehicles and equipment. Nemco Outboard Injection Oil, Snowmobile Injection Oil and Two-Stroke Oil are ashless engine oils designed for use in high performance two-stroke water cooled outboard engines, as well as some air cooled engines. It meets the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) specification as TC-W3 oil and meets the high performance requirements of major outboard engine manufacturers. Nemco Premium Snowblower Oil is a synthetic blend, SAE 5W-30 engine oil designed for use in snow machines running on gasoline fuel and operating in severe weather conditions. Premium Snowblower Oil is approved as an API SN quality oil, and is suitable for modern and older snow machine engines.

Nemco offers an extensive line-up of antifreeze and coolants that maximize the performance of today’s cars, heavy duty trucks, agriculture equipment, off-road and recreational vehicles, as well as specialty applications. Nemco antifreeze products are formulated using Ethylene Glycol (EG) based chemistry and additives that provide the corrosion protection and long service life required in today’s engines with different metallurgies including cast iron, steel, brass, copper, solder and aluminum components. Our propylene glycol (PG) based antifreeze products are non-toxic and environment friendly. Nemco has the product you need to meet all major OEM coolant specifications and third party certifications. Our antifreeze products are available either as concentrate or in 50-50 or 60-40 pre-mix blends to meet seasonal temperature requirements.

Nemco Automotive Gear Oils are extreme pressure gear lubricants for use in automotive gear cases. They are designed to meet the widest range of needs in on-highway and off-highway vehicles including passenger cars, trucking, agricultural, construction and industrial equipment. Formulated using highest quality Group II hydrocracked base oils and Group III and IV synthetic base oils, Nemco Automotive Gear Oils use the latest additive technology to provide extreme pressure (EP) protection, wear resistance, oxidation stability, anti-rust and anti-corrosion qualities and protection against oil foaming. They can be used in differentials, axles, final drives and manual transmissions calling for an API GL-5MT-1EP gear lubricant. Available in a range of SAE viscosity grades from 75W-80 to 85W-140 and a full synthetic SAE 50 oil for use in modern heavy duty automatic transmissions, they provide extended durability in cold temperature environments and protection during high temperature operations. These products meet or exceed all industry specifications and OEM requirements, including API GL-5 and MT-1. Nemco PolarZone™ Windshield Washer Fluid is formulated for year-round use, designed for the demands of Canadian drivers. Our Bug Basher Washer Fluid is formulated to effectively remove insects and road grime from glass surfaces and is non-corrosive to rubber and paint. Nemco Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is an aqueous urea formulation of 32.5% urea and 67.5% deionized water, and is consumed in the exhaust systems of modern diesel engines.

Nemco Greases are designed to lubricate bearings, gears and other equipment components where a continuous supply of oil cannot be retained. Nemco offers an extensive line-up of quality grease products, including Lithium Complex, Aluminum Complex, Calcium Sulphonate and Polyurea thickener based greases and other specialty grades. Nemco Greases meet a wide variety of grease lubricating applications from service in wheel bearings and automotive chassis to gears, pins and bushings. They are formulated with the highest quality mineral and synthetic base oils and additives to provide wear protection, water washout resistance, adhesion properties and long service life. Nemco greases are available in a range of NLGI thickness categories (EP00, EP0, EP1, EP2) for use across a wide range of temperatures and applications. Several of the Nemco greases contain 3% to 5% molybdenum disulphide (moly), a solid additive required by various OEMs for heavy duty service.

Nemco Heavy Duty Engine Oils (HDEO) are premium performance lubricants designed for use in heavy duty diesel engines. These products meet and exceed the current API CJ-4 and CI-4 Plus oil specifications and are engineered to protect 2007 and newer model low emission engines and their exhaust after treatment systems. Also suitable for use in older pre-2007 engines. Nemco HDEO products are recommended for on-highway and off-highway heavy duty service, in fleet, construction and agriculture equipment. The HDEO product line includes common oil viscosity grades such as 15W-40 and 10W-30 as well as standard mono-grades from 10W to 50, and a variety of synthetic multi-viscosity blends such as 0W-40 and 5W-40 for severe temperature service.
