The New England Machinery, Inc. Rotary Spout Inserter sorts, orients, and positively inserts spouts into filled or empty containers. This rotary model is available in a variety of rotary heads to meet production line speed requirements.

The NERSI is a variation on the well-proven NEW England Machinery Rotary Chuck Capper (NERCC). On the NERSI, rather than caps that are handled and placed, spouts are oriented and inserted. No rotary torque is required.
