Automatic loader assembly is basically the same as Model CL20 but has extended length capability up to 12" (300 mm) overall length.
Automatic center type relieving workhead assembly is for retrofit on existing external or surface grinders, and can be used for relief grinding of router bits and other tools, cam grinding, and other cylindrical relief grinding applications. TheTCW-75E features a permanent master cam with a micrometer adjustment for rate of relief. Change gear blocks are used to enable grinding 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 lobes. The TCW-75E is designed for dead center grinding with a hydraulically operated quill for opening the centers, and drive dog concentric with the quill for part or arbor rotation.
Automatic loading system for retrofit on centerless grinders and other machines. The CL20 is basically Normac's patented box hopper loading system with electrical and hydraulic controls necessary for automatic operation. Specifications: Diameter Range: .040 to 12" (1 mm -13 mm). Overall Length: 1.6" to 8" (40 mm - 200 mm). Straight cylindrical parts only. Cycle Time: Average 2 to 4 seconds.
Intended for retrofit applications on through feed centerless grinders. This device is used for grinding back taper on drill blanks. After the shank end of the blank has been pushed past the outside of the grinding wheel, the CG20 tips the blank up and out of the grinding area, leaving the cutting end of the blank with the back taper dressed into the grinding regulating wheels. The CG20 is mounted to the exit end of the blade rest area of the centerless grinder. Specifications: Diameter Range: .040" to 12" (1 mm - 13 mm). Overall Length: Up to 8" (200 mm).
