The NP-507 RF amplifier module utilizes rugged RF power MOSFET transistors and is designed for linear application with high gain, wide dynamic range and an excellent 3rd order intercept point.

This heatsink is made from a single extrusion and incorporates two 60mm 25 CFM fans that run at 24-28VDC. Measuring 8.25" x 5.25" x 2.5" this model has mounting holes in the bottom flange making it easy to mount or use it unmounted on the bench. This is a great economical choice for amplifiers dissipating about 50 watts.
