The 500 HWT Hot Water Tunnel is designed for use with Ossid end seal machines and provides hot water shrink to maximize package integrity. This waterfall type hot water tunnel can be ordered with new Ossid tray overwrappers and integrated with Ossid end-seal machines already in the field.

Ossid CS50, CS100 and CS120 in-motion case scales are capable of weighing cases up to 29.5 inches in length and up to 120 lbs with +- 0.1 lb tolerance. They integrate a flexible control system and Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine that allows for seamless integration into almost any production line. The case scales can be used in any type facility from medical device to poultry production and can achieve speeds up to 45 cases per minute. Their durable stainless steel and light weight anodized aluminum construction allows them to survive in severe wash down environments. The modular design allows the case scales to expand with your company. The industrial case scales offer speed and versatility. With a PCPLC hybrid control system, there is an open architecture, robust operation using Allen Bradley controls coupled with a Windows based operating system. In addition, there is an ease of use with the case scales, with a maintenance friendly design with a self tracking conveyor belt.

The 8000 thermoform fill seal machine is an American made high speed solution that is ideal for high production output rates up to 30 cycles per minute. The horizontal form fill seal equipment has the ability to produce a variety of package types including flexible packaging, foil-foil packaging, semi-rigid packaging, rigid packaging, ambient packaging, vacuum packaging, modified atmosphere package (MAP), recloseable packaging and more. The 8000 horizontal form fill seal equipment is built with movable inner frames to accept any web width up to 24 inches (610mm), chosen to maximize the customer's package configuration and to minimize waste.

The OTS-32 is designed for growing markets requiring a robust, affordable solution for tray sealing and vacuum skin pack applications. The OTS-32 tray sealing machine can produce ambient, modified atmosphere (MAP) and vacuum skin pack (VSP) packaging. It is printed film capable and features quick tooling changeover and a rugged stainless steel design.

The OTS-10 table top tray sealing machine is designed to meet the production needs of small to medium size processors. It is also ideal for large processors who are test marketing products in a laboratory setting or prior to a larger scale product launch. Simple set up and functionality make this entry level machine a great first step into packaging machinery. The OTS-10 can produce ambient modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum skin pack (VSP).
