Our product range comtains a wide range of Phenolic Film Faced Plywood and Mdf Boards Vicenza
Ideal for architectural or exposed concrete, yet cost effective for clad structural concrete resulting in a more diverse panel! Phenolic Surface Film is a resin impregnated paper overlay designed to improve the surface characterization of wood based panels used for applications such as concrete forming. The Overlay is a self-bonding sheet that cures under heat and pressure. This overlay extends the life of plywood and other engineered wood based panels. This manufactured material is fantastic for shop-built auxiliary tables, fences, jigs and fixtures. It is dimensionally stable and has protective surfaces that will stand up to the harsh wear and tear of your woodworking shop. Advantages Substantial economy due to high performance. overlay extends the life of plywood and other engineered wood based panels. Glued together with exterior glue, the pine plies are sandwiched between a top and bottom layer of phenolic impregnated pine ply. Composition Structural - First Qualiy Grade A in both faces, C or above veneer quality. WBP Glued (100% waterproof) Weight Standard 120 gr/m2(SQM) | 180 gr/m2(SQM) Production Pinus Elliotis and Pinus Taeda species are used in production as raw material which are from our own reforestation; while drying is done in another company. A monthly production of 12.000m³ and sawn wood are available in: 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6" x 22mm, 38mm and 63mm. The ore preparation sector receives sawn wood 63mm thick as raw material to be used in the production of rugs (glued narrow and long pieces of wood) after being used in the plywood sector. Laminates and plywood Before lamination, logs are prepared with a special cooking process which allows them to be used in two woodworking lathes with laminates of 2.60m each and capacity to produce 62, 400m³(CBM) per year. These laminates are used as raw material for the production of multi laminated plywood which is produced in the greatest dimensions of 1, 22m x 2, 44m – all with marine glue (WBP). A monthly production of 5, 400m³(CBM) is then exported to various continents and is used for several purposes in the civil construction and packaging sectors. A minimum of 15 usages. Maintenance Use a humid(not wet) soft cloth to clean, wooden or plastic spatule, always use an unmoulder. Phenolic Faced MultiPly can be machined with standard woodworking tools and has great screw holding capabilities. With its attractive color this material could also be used in furniture construction where “toughness” is a requirement. MDF(Medium Density Fiber) and MDP(Medium Density Particle Boards) are mostly used in the furniture building industry. We offer 18 different patterns, all with the highest quality and technology. Featuring a complete range of modern colors, which will highlight your projects and add value to any room. MDF, or Medium Density Fiberboard , is a highly resistant material that offers many different alternatives of use. It yields turned, carved and varnished finishes and paintings in general, or also decorative papers, veneers or PVC. Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is denser than plywood. This manufactured material is fantastic for the furniture industry, as is durable, aesthetic, and has many other applications. It is used extensively in kitchens and for mouldings, and in bathroom environments. It's use as an exterior cladding for housing has successfully been trialed, and structural applications. In order to provide even more quality and creativity, we also produce MDP(Medium Density Particleboard) . A homogeneous industrial board with a regular and smooth surface and a perfect cut finish. Advantages Substantial economy due to high performance. Machinability, laquering properties, strength and ability to maintain shape are all well suited to MDF. Door skins and architraves are easily moulded. MDF has better moisture sorption characteristics than timber. The Fire resistance of MDF is also better than that of timber. Although attractive enough in its raw form MDF is usually coated with a Melamine paper, which can provide a full palette of colours and artificial wood veneers. We have a production of over 500, 000 m³(CBM) a year, providing leading-edge technology in boards. MDF production tests started in 2003 and, in early 2004, these boards were already being marketed. Our commitment and efforts are oriented to become an International reference in the manufacture of MDF boards.
