We work with our customers to improve manufacturability and advise on engineering to assist in reducing overall costs. Our experienced staff will listen to your project requirements and source specific materials from our extensive supplier network in order to optimize your product's performance. Some of these materials we've worked with include fabrics, silver coated carbon vinyl films, foams, pressure sensitive tapes and adhesives, neoprene, papers, kapton, PVC, textiles, polyurethane, vinyl, polyethylene, and various medical and industrial grade materials. Our ISO certified facility performs slitting, laminating, flexographic printing, sewing, screen-printing, CAD, soldering, embossing, cold forming, packaging, labeling, and kitting services. We provide both small run prototyping and large volume production runs, providing a level of individualized service regardless of size. All of our rotary diecutting capabilities can be used to mass manufacture private labeled products for customers interested in retail or distribution.
