RSIC-1-ADM® Multi Clip The RSIC-1-ADM Multi Clip designed for use with Concrete, Steel or Wood framed ceilings where noise control is required. The RSIC-1-ADM Multi Clip isolator is a labor saving adjustable mount ceilings. Fasten the clip to the framing or concrete and and spin the isolator to adjust up and down for a level ceiling. With an Acoustical design load rating of 36 lbs per isolator, the RSIC-1-ADM Multi Clip clip can support up to two layers of 58" gypsum board when spaced at 24" x 48" oc., and 3 layers when spaced at 16" x 48" oc. The RSIC-1-ADM Multi Clip clip attaches directly to the bottom of the framing or concrete, or to the side of a wood, or steel joist decoupling the gypsum board from the structure stopping STC and IIC vibrations from entering the space below.

The RSIC-1.5CRC® is designed for use with any joist or concrete application where a dropped drywall ceiling is required. This assembly decouples the Gypsum Board from the floor structure above, giving the assembly enhanced acoustical performance, while allowing for a chase to hide mechanical ducting and plumbing lines. The RSIC-1.5CRC® Clip snaps onto cold rolled channel, allowing for all of the wires supporting the cold rolled channel to be hard connected to the ceiling above, including the vertical strut. The RSIC-1.5CRC® decouples the Gypsum Board below the cold rolled channel to ensure a complete decoupling of the Gypsum Board for optimum noise control.

• SeriesRSIC-1®

The RSIC-1 is designed for use with any wood framed, steel framed, CMU, or concrete wall and ceiling system where noise control is needed. The RSIC-1 assembly decouples and isolates the gypsum board or plywood from the structure increasing the acoustical performance of the system. With an Acoustical design load rating of 36 lbs per isolator, the RSIC-1 clip can support up to two layers of 58" gypsum board when spaced at 24" x 48" oc. For heavier systems increase the number of isolators to support the additional weight of the system. The RSIC-1 clip fastens directly to the framing or structure creating a 1-58" cavity between the face of the framing and the back of the gypsum board. The RSIC-1 stops the noise and vibrations that typically would be allowed to transfer throught the structure. The RSIC-1 systems have several UL fire resistive design assemblies from ranging one hour to four hours. The RSIC-1-ADM Wood clip designed for use with Wood ceilings where noise control is required. The RSIC-1-ADM Wood isolator is a labor saving adjustable mount walls and ceilings. The RSIC-1-ADM Wood isolator can be installed directly to the stud or joist, over direct mounted gypsum board, or over and RC-1 system. With an Acoustical design load rating of 36 lbs per isolator, the RSIC-1-ADM Wood clip can support up to two layers of 58" gypsum board when spaced at 24" x 48" oc., and 3 layers when spaced at 16" x 48" oc. The RSIC-1-ADM Wood clip attaches to the bottom of the framing or wall studs decoupling the gypsum board from the structure stopping STC and IIC vibrations from entering the space below.

The RSIC-1-ADM® Side Mount clip designed for use with open web steel truss applications where noise control is required. The RSIC-1-ADM Side Mount isolator is a labor saving adjustable mount for steel truss. Hammer on the clip and spin the isolator to adjust up and down for a level ceiling. Secure the side mount with two strands of 18 Ga wire. With an Acoustical design load rating of 36 lbs per isolator, the RSIC-1-ADM Side Mount clip can support up to two layers of 58" gypsum board when spaced at 24" x 48" oc., and 3 layers when spaced at 16" x 48" oc. The RSIC-1-ADM Side Mount clip attaches directly to the side of the steel truss decoupling the gypsum board from the structure stopping STC and IIC vibrations from entering the space below.

The RSIC-1 ADM® mini Drop in Anchor clip designed for use with Concrete ceilings where noise control is required. The RSIC-1-ADM mini Drop in Anchor isolator is a labor saving adjustable mount ceilings. Drill a hole in the Concrete, Insert the mini drop in anchor, Set with setting tool and thread in the RSIC-1 ADM. To adjust the height, spin the isolator for a level ceiling. With an Acoustical design load rating of 36 lbs per isolator, the RSIC-1-ADM mini Drop in Anchor clip can support up to two layers of 58" gypsum board when spaced at 24" x 48" oc., and 3 layers when spaced at 16" x 48" oc. The RSIC-1-ADM mini Drop in Anchor clip attaches directly to the bottom of the framing or concrete decoupling the gypsum board from the structure stopping STC and IIC vibrations from entering the space below.
