As with all of our box types, our chipboard folding cartons can be made with any type of currently-available style, paper stock, or print. Our printing process for folding cartons varies slightly from corrugated boxes. You’ll find a custom printing process allowing for up to 4-color process on the cartons, with AQ and UV coatings. We additionally can deboss or emboss, film laminate cartons, soft touch coating, and offer specialized coating for food products. Our Chipboard Boxes use existing paper stocks we use for folding cartons include CCNB, SBS, SUS, and, again for our environmentally-conscious customers, we also offer 100% recycled chipboard paper. Lastly, we’d like to inform you that on certain cartons we can offer polypropylene and acetate windows, for further options in packaging. Paramount Container has thorough experience in all areas of custom corrugated box manufacturing. We are able to produce nearly any style of container, paper stock cardboard, and print available on the market today. We currently can produce custom printed boxes, we can litho-laminate or mount labeled boxes, as well as print on kemilite coated stock paper and digitally printed corrugated boxes. Currently we use all paper stocks that may be required including ECT, Virgin Liner, Kemilite, Triple-wall, Water Resistant and wax coated, and for the environmentally conscious we offer 100% recycled Enviro-kraft paper! Our current capabilities for direct print are 6 colors maximum. We can also provide high-end digital printing for short runs and litho laminated or mounted boxes and printed litho sheets. If necessary we have vendors that can provide oversized litho sheets that go beyond the standard litho sheet size of 28″ x 40″ to a maximum of 59 2″ x 80 58″. Over years and years of high-quality, professional packaging production, we—as Paramount Container—have developed our skills and capabilities in all areas, including that of foam packaging inserts. Foam inserts may seem like a simple or peripheral concern, but when it comes to really solid, secure packaging, the type of foam inserts you use can make or break your design (literally). Shipping can cause your products to go through rigorous beatings sometimes, especially when there are different transfers from truck to truck before they arrive at their destinations. A snuggly-fitted foam insert design within your container will ensure that everything remains buffered from shocks and movement. Your products stay fresh and safe from your location to the next. The way that a foam insert is constructed is actually also of great importance. We use the best manufacturing equipment that allows for precision and functionality. Our current foam cutting methods include die cutting, hot wiring, CNC routing, and thermoforming. If you have any questions about these methods, please ask! Our materials are also of the highest quality, to guarantee that the right amount of shock absorption for a particular product is given, and to also give customers plenty of options that will work for their products. In fact, we use all of the commonly known foam materials today, including several varieties of polyethylene and polyurethane. You’ll have access to cross-linked foam, EPS (Polystyrene), EPE, and convoluted foam.
