The SciLog WeighStation family are mobile, single-use bioprocessing container holders integrated with scales for gravimetric fluid handling, available in multiple configurations from Parker domnick hunter.
The SciLog WeighStation family are mobile, single-use bioprocessing container holders integrated with scales for gravimetric fluid handling. Multiple configurations are available to improve process precision while enabling system flexibility.

The SciLog WeighStation provides fluid measurement for a wide range of upstream and downstream applications for bioprocessing containers from 5L to 200L, with scale resolution from 0.1 g to 0.01 Kg depending on your application. Functional as a standalone device or integrated into SciLog processing platform, the WeighStation family can be used for:

- Retentate or Permeate Quantification for TFF

- Transfer of Bioreactor Contents

- Buffer Storage & Preparation

- Any other application where floor space and cross-contamination are concerns

WeighStations configured for hanging bioprocessing containers in a vertical manner are available to hang one, two, or three bioprocessing containers up to 50 Kg each. The WeighPro is configured to hang one bioprocessing container, and also comes with a work surface and optional mounts for filters, tubing and pumps. The WeighCart accommodates 100 L or 200L cylindrical containers, and the WeighSmart is a vertical bioprocessing container holder that attaches to a GE ReadyKart.

The SciLog WeighStation family has a mobile design, optional display heads or without load cells, and small footprint to improve space utilization to add functionality to your process without reconfiguration.

Sentinel Compact Oil Purifier

The Parker Sentinel features automatic operation, which minimizes energy consumption while extending the usable life of fluids. This compact vacuum dehydrator provides flexibility to the user allowing for operation in areas where space is at a premium.
When an issue is diagnosed, which goes beyond your standard preventive measures, the Sentinel can be just the therapy your system needs. The harmful effects of contaminants in hydraulic oils are established. Maintaining a hydraulic system's fluid cleanliness level will increase the life of the critical wear components, and reduce system downtime. Portable purification units are ideal for systems in applications demanding on-site decontamination. Delivering big results in a compact, lightweight package, the Sentinel is the latest in fluid purification technology from Parker.

The Sentinel is equipped with Parker's IQAN MD3 platform control system, an electronic PLC interface that controls many of the operating functions on this vacuum dehydrator. The IQAN MD3 provides user confidence in system monitoring, while delivering maximum performance on demand. With the IQAN MD3, the operator can customize set points for various applications within their facility, including: sample rate, temperature, and energy conservation features.

The Sentinel protects mission critical hydraulic and lubrication systems by effectively attacking the potential contaminants (water, solids and gases) while improving equipment health, productivity and reliability. Water is one of the most common contaminants in a fluid system and one of the most damaging. The Sentinel removes both free and dissolved water contamination from hydraulic fluids.

Principles of Operation:
Contaminated fluid is drawn through the Sentinel circuit by a vacuum. The fluid is then subjected to optimum vacuum, temperature, and maximum surface area exposure. The optimum temperature is achieved using a low watt density heater. The maximum surface area is accomplished by passing the fluid through a unique diffusing column. This process reduces the boiling point of water and converts water into water vapor.

The fluid is protected from excessive heat by using circulation for a fixed period of time. When the pre-set time period has completed, the fluid is passed through the high efficiency filtration portion of the system, and is discharged into the main system reservoir. The water vapor that has been extracted from the system is then exposed to a series of coalescers, which eliminates any remaining oil vapor within the exhaust system.

The Parker Racor Village Marine Tec. Remineralizer Systems offer pH neutralization of Reverse Osmosis product water and are specifically engineered to operate with the Village Marine PW and SW Series Watermakers, used in Offshore Applications.
The Parker Racor Village Marine Tec. Remineralizer Systems offer pH neutralization of Reverse Osmosis product water and are specifically engineered to operate with the Village Marine PW and SW Series Watermakers, used in Offshore Applications. The Remineralizer works by slowly dissolving calcite into the product water raising the pH near neutral levels, and hardening the water. Neutralizing the pH level ensures that the fresh water will be less harsh against the metal pipes and fixtures.

The Parker Racor Village Marine Tec. Remineralizer is constructed using spun wound fiberglass composite with a polyethylene liner for the tank, PVC schedule 80 for the piping connections, and carbon steel for the base.

Please Note: the calcite media will slowly be consumed over time, so it is imperative to replenish. The first fill of calcite media is included with the unit, but additional calcite is available from Parker Racor Village Marine Tec.

The AC690 can be user configured for 3 different modes of operation :
Open-loop (voltsfrequency) control
This mode is ideal for basic motor speed control, or multiple motors driven in parallel. The quick set-up menu and plain language display ensures the quickest and easiest, trouble free start up.
Sensorless vector control
High starting torque and tight speed regulation is provided by a sophisticated MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) motor control strategy. MRAS provides accurate speed simulation (without the need for any speed measuring transducer) by continually modeling the motor.
