Since 1981, when we employed our first laser cutting system, we have built a list of satisfied customers across North America that are involved in metal fabricating, machine building and various tool-making industries. We offer laser cutting services in our 8670 Saw Blade Alloy steel as well as carbon steels such as C1008, C1010, 4140, & A36. We also offer cutting of 304 & 316 Stainless Steel as well. If you need a simple mild steel part cut and shipped to you we can help. If you need a precision made, hardened, flat and surface ground part we are the company for you. Our factory is designed specifically to manufacture hardened & flat steel parts.

We specialize in the custom manufacture of industrial grade circular saw bodies for carbide tipping. We offer saw bodies in diameters from under 4″ to over 40″ in thicknesses from .030″ to .375″. We buy only the finest alloy steel to hold up to the industry’s most demanding specifications. All aspects of the saw body manufacturing process are under one roof: Laser cutting, heat treating, surface grinding, tooth design – you name it. Carbide Tips: Draw from the hundreds of thousands of carbide tips we have in inventory in Ohio and Tacoma, Washington. We stock pretinned, untinned, European & American style tips. We can also ship your order the same day if received by 2:00pm EST! Better yet, we can ship tips with your saw plate orders. This saves you money on freight and it’s easier to order. One vendor for plate and tips, one purchase order and one invoice in addition to your freight savings! Strob Strips: We stock and sell a variety of strob strips, both pretinned and untinned, for use in pallet saw and other edger saw bodies. Many kerfs both 1″ and 1.25″ long in stock.
