Most vehicles now have a protective, transparent, plastic lens covering the headlights.
These lenses protect expensive lamps from flying stones and road debris but they discolor over time.
Becoming opaque and cloudy, these lens can severely restrict the amount of light reaching the road.
This clouding is caused by accumulated exposure to ultraviolet light.
This discoloration can become noticeable in as little as 2 years.
The headlamp lens are replaceable only with an assembly, some of them costing in excess of $600.00 retail.

IMPORTANT: Snap-in passenger valve stems are safe for tire pressures up to a maximum of 60 PSI (cold tire pressure) and for a maximum rim thickness of .156" (3.96mm).
#17-600 HP & #17-602HP are safe for maximum pressures of 100 PSI (cold tire pressure) and for a maximum rim thickness of .205" (5.20mm).
If greater pressure or rim thickness is required, we recommend using our metal bolt-in valve stems.

Feather -Edge Tube Repairs will vulcanize chemically.
These unit molded, one piece repairs are black with black vulcanizing gum on a light weight foil backing which is slit for easy removal.

The ideal tube repair unit, the "Euro-Style" Tube Repairs will vulcanize chemically or with heat.
These repairs are a unit molded style with premium blue vulcanizing gum and is molded on a white mylar backing, which is slit for easy removal.

Section ID Patches are used to identify a section repair.
The blue triangle ID patch is to be placed next to a sidewall repair which indicates a sidewall section repair has been performed on the tire.
A maximum of 38" bulge is allowed in the sidewall if it is caused by a section repair.

Mushroom style inserts are designed to "fill the injury" in passenger or truck, radial or bias-ply tires.
While #12-234 and #12-239 are temporary repairs, sealing by compression only, #12-213 and #12-214 are coated with our special orange vulcanizing gum to ensure a fully vulcanized repair either chemically or in a heat curing system.
Use #12-241 black, trigger type insert gun for easy installation.

Perm-O-Seal Smooth inserts are the easiest and most cost effective way of "filling the injury" and are designed for use in passenger or truck, radial or bias-ply tires.
These inserts will fully vulcanize either chemically or in a heat curing system.
# 12-107 and 12-107L are installed using # 12-101 insert gun.

Application:
Rubber extruded in rope form especially for Mini-Extruder guns.
For filling buzz-outs, section repair plugs, cuts and snags.
Shell life = 3 months.
Curing Information:
Use with curing equipment operating at temperature of 270F - 320F (132C - 160C).
Cure Rate = 10 minutes for every 18" (3mm).
When using a cold spotter, you will have to add the manufacturer's recommended warm-up time.
Use the #14-515 Black Vulcanizing Cement.
