We use state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment including Höfler and Reishauer gear grinding machinery, to produce high quality racks, engineered to perfection. We produce tens of thousands of helical gears and splines every year in a wide range of configurations. Our engineers have decades of experience with complex gears and splines from both a performance and manufacturability perspecitve. In addition, our expert manufacturing personnel have the skills to produce the components that others cannot. The parts we manufacture and machine are used around the world in a diverse range of applications and operating environments. Because of this, we're experienced in machining many types of materials from plastics to high nickel superalloys. Using our ZEISS coordinate measuring machines in combination with various inspection techniques, we take detailed measurements of your part and then reconstruct it into a 3-D computer model. From the 3-D model, we can quickly go from design to production using our state of the art CAM equipment. In many cases we will print a 3-D model of a reverse engineered part so we can validate the measurements or to test functionality.

Depending on the job, we use either advanced grinding, milling, hobbing or broaching machinery to cut your splines, based on what we determine is the best technique for quickly and efficiently producing your parts with precise surface geometries. In addition, our engineering team is here to consult on your designs and advise you on the best materials for cost effectively improving the lifespan of your parts.
