his all aluminum, fully welded truck dock board is our innovative Lightweight alternative to the heavy duty steel dock board. The ATD is designed for lightweight duty in low to medium volume dock loading applications with a forklift or pallet jack. Both capacity ATDs are constructed of aluminum tread plates with welded aluminum extruded curbs and legs.

Aluminum ramps for cylinders (ARC) are specially designed for the safe transport and distribution of industrial, medical and specialty gases. Made of 38 aluminum diamond plate and weighing 29 pounds, the ARC is light enough to be easily placed and retrieved, yet is strong enough to accommodate 2, 313 pounds of capacity.

The purpose of the aluminum ramp is to avoid damage to the gas cylinder and the dockwarehouse floor, as well as minimize the chance of personnel injury and property damage. The ramp provides a smooth transition surface over which to manually roll the gas cylinder in a fully controlled manner.

A Spring Loaded Dock Plate (SL Plate) solves a problem in some common situations. Many times a dock services the exact same truck or type of trucks several times per shift. If the loads are loaded or unloaded by handtruck, dollie or other manual methods the SL plate may be the answer.

The aluminum dock plate is fitted with a pair of spring loaded attachments that fix it in place to the dock floor. These springs allow the dock plate to be quickly and safely lowered into place for use. When finished the dock plate is lifted, aided by the springs, into its vertical storage position ready for the next truck. It is mounted top of dock so there is no major installation process. Most customers have the personnel and tools to do the job.

Bantamweight Series platform trucks are constructed of tongue-and-grooved seasoned oak decks with underside battens for added rigidity so platform will not warp or separate. Decks have countersunk bolts providing a smooth platform. Standard wheels for trucks are rubber mold-on (RT) or full pneumatic (FPN). Optional wheels are available. Stacked loads move easily as this truck is tilt-style and turns in its own length. Four 1 14" x 2 34" removable wooden stakes will seat into steel corner pockets. Stakes are 30" above platform deck. he plasticwood platform truck is a combination of modern technology with traditional design that can handle the most adverse conditions. The deck is made of solid, high-density polyethylenepolypropylene recycled plastics. The non-porous deck is 100% waterproof and will not warp, rot, splinter, chip, peel, rust or crack and never requires painting or varnishing. It is corrosion resistant to industrial solvents, oils, grease, mild acid and alkaline. The 1 12" thick deck boards are tongue-and-groove for added strength and are securely attached to the 1 12" thick cross battens.
