An economical, non-oil resistant compound that resists flow under compression. Offers moderate to good performance against low pressure with good aging, abrasion and tear resistance. Conforms to uneven flange surfaces. Recommended for washers, gaskets, for heating and plumbing applications. Tensile rating of 400 psi, temperature range -20F to 170F, and has an elongation of 150%, weighs 3.5# per lineal foot 36" wide and per 18" of thickness.

Silicone sponge provides a high temperature material impervious to a wide range of acids & chemicals. The sponge is red in color and has a fabric finish on both sides and is UV and ozone resistant. This medium density sponge has a temperature range of -100F to 400F, offers good compression set ASTM D-395, tensile strength of 100psi, elongation of 200% ASTM D412, and a thermal conductivity of .6 per ASTM F-433.

Meets ASTM D1056, Mil-R-46089, and AMS3195.

Available in 116" to 1" and 42" wide.

Blended neoprene closed cell sponge is manufactured to provide low torque gasketing and sealing. Available with and with out pressure sensitive adhesive in full rolls, slit rolls, and sheets. Temperature ratings are from -20F to 220F, resists weather, water, synthetic lubricants, hydrocarbons, gasoline, kerosene, hydraulic oils, and is flame retardant.

Meets ASTM D 1056-78.

Available in thickness of 116" to 1" and is medium in density rolls are 42" wide.

All of the benefits of rigid PTFE without creep and cold flow issues. Made of 100% virgin material dimensionally stable with a temperature range of -450F to 600F, it is soft and conformable to real world flange faces, and compresses into a very tough long lasting seal. Expanded PTFE resists many chemicals in the ph range of 0 to 14. Gaskets withstand vacuum to 3, 000 psi, has a low .02 coefficient of friction (like wet ice), is FDA compliant, and will not harden or age in storage. May be used with FRP, porcelain, plastic, and glass- lined pipes.

Available in .116", 18", and 14" and comes in 36" 48", & 60" sheet sizes.
