PMC’s Smart Submersible Level Transmitter with Remote Electronics provides reliable and precise results combined with durability. Focusing on the separation of the electronics from the sensor, this option offers solutions to industries most difficult applications such as high vibration, very wet and high condensation areas as well as excessive temperatures. The electronics are located away from the process connection enabling calibration and range adjustments without exposing personnel to hazardous or extreme locations. Electronic components are protected from shock and vibration which prevents interference or false readings. These transmitters limit the output variations and potential damage to the electronics caused by excessive heat that only the sensor can handle.

The PMC VersaLine® VL2000 Series submersible level transmitters are specifically designed for use in wastewater, pumplift station applications. The ceramic sensing element provides a rugged flush open face design which avoids clogging or sludge build up from the materials often encountered in wastewater. The stainless steel construction will satisfy most applications, but an option of Titanium is available where the chemical environments dictate. The standard polyurethane vented cable is molded to the transmitter providing the highest integrity waterproof assembly well proven in thousands of installations worldwide. FEP cable is available as an alternate for harsh environments. A feature of the VL2000 Series is full scale ranges as low as 10” WC.

The DLN series is part of a comprehensive range of transmitters specifically designed for the long term monitoring of ground water, wastewater and tank level measurement. The Series 70 provides a sophisticated datalogger which includes the monitoring of level, conductivity and temperature downloadable via an RS485 interface. Features such as Kevlar strengthened cable, titanium, ballast weights, etc. broaden the installation opportunities.
