The Pneuveyor Transfer Pod Unit operates on a cycling basis using a blower to create the vacuum through an induction nozzle for the vacuum cycle, and pressure for the discharge cycle. The conveying distances are 15-0" Vacuum, and up to 200-0" Pressure.

Features:
Quick opening top hatch for inspection, maintenance and cleaning.
Once initially set up the unit will feed at its maximum capacity independent distance or material characteristics.
The only moving parts in contact with the material are the simple rubber hinged intake and discharge valves.
The pod is available in steel, aluminum or stainless steel, and can be portable or on a stationary skid.
Operation can be 12VDC or 115VAC supply voltage.

Pneuveyor manufactures a full range of flap, knife gate, scaling and multi-port diverter valves.
Flap type used for diversion of non-abrasive materials from one destination to another.
Knife gate type with wear protectors used for abrasive andor vacuum service.
Multi-port valves are selected when a centralized switching station is specified. With a single inlet the customer can choose up to 28 outlets from the same valve.
Standard sizes are generally from 4" - 10" dia.
Can be mounted horizontally or vertically and are fully weather proof.
Pneuveyor also supplies Plug Type diverter valves for the petrochemical industries.
Plug valves are used where cross contamination is not allowed.
Valves are also suitable for high vacuum pneumatic conveying.
Other diverter valves are available for specific applications or industries.
Slide plate diverters for tight spaces.
Non-pneumatic conveying valves, such as gravity flow diverters from silos or bins to two separate destinations.

Blower Assemblies:
Standard blower assemblies have rotary positive displacement air pumps, electric motor, V-belt drive, guard, intake filter and silencer, discharge silencer, relief valve, gauge and check valve all mounted on an integral steel base.

Standard Exhauster Assemblies have rotary positive displacement air pumps, electric motor, V-belt drive, guard, intake silencer (intake filter optional), discharge silencer, relief valve and gauge all mounted on an integral steel base.
