CNC Swiss machining is our specialty. Our CNC Swiss machines can produce complex parts using simultaneous mult-axis operations. With our ability to hold close tolerances combined with excellent surface finishes we routinely supply critical CNC Swiss machined parts to the medical, aerospace and telecommunications industries. Our CNC Turning department consists of both single and multi spindle lathes. We can produce quantities from single piece to thousands per week. Larger turned parts with threads, thru holes, and even cross-holes and side milling can be produced on our lathes. Our twin spindle machine can perform both front and back work, which in many cases eliminates the need for multiple operations. We can machine up to1-34” diameter barstock We can chuck and turn parts up to 11” diameter 16-12” maximum turning length between centers Materials used: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Alloy Steels, Carbon Steels & Plastics

Our multi-axis CNC Milling machines can perform a vast number of operations, from simple slot and keyway cutting, surface milling and drilling to complex contouring, angle cuts and 3-D surface CNC Milling. From short runs to complex production shapes, we routinely machine parts for medical, aerospace, marine and computer industries. Our Gun Drilling department gives us the ability to drill very close tolerance, straight holes with excellent surface finish, through long parts. Used in conjunction with our CNC machining process, gun drilling parts where holes are deeper than the practical range of ordinary drills, gives us an advantage over our competitors. Originally developed for the gun industry to drill long holes thru rifle barrels, gun drilling has many applications for long parts in the medical, automotive and aerospace industries. We routinely laser mark parts for our customers. We can laser mark round as well as flat surfaces, on a variety of materials. Our CAD programming capability can laser mark your logo, CE mark or serialized your parts with precise placement. Our laser marking services range from complex medical parts to tiny screws and microwave components.
