Positechs pneumatic LodeArm (LA) lightweight industrial manipulator* provides excellent maneuverability of payloads up to 640 pounds, increasing workers capacity to perform physically stressful, repetitive lifting tasks. Easily adjustable to fit almost any work cell, the ergonomic lift assist is a high-capacity lift system in a compact package. Great for low-headroom applications, this manipulator provides rigid support and reach-in capability. This ergonomic lift assist is available in eight model configurations. It provides up to 72 inches of vertical lift and flexible mounting options. Many safety features are available for this manipulator arm including a pneumatic safety circuit to prevent the accidental release of the part.

Positechs pneumatic Vertical Lift Cylinder (VLC) is ideal for manipulating heavy parts, over-the-assembly line and can assist in handling reach-in operations and can be combined with an overhead rail system or a Positech Articulated Jib Boom. Exceptional off-center payload handling for reach-in applications is derived from the vertical lifters heavy-duty industry-leading design, which uses external cylinder tie rods and dual linear bearings. Additional safety circuits can be added to prevent the accidental release of a part or a sudden drop with loss of air supply when an end effector is designed to be used with this lift assist.

The Positech Vertical Rail Lifter (VRL), a lifting device, consists of a rigid vertical beam with moving rollers, which creates a stable lifting platform and eliminates swinging of a cable or chain. With 1, 000 pounds of lift capacity and up to 100 inches of vertical travel, this vertical lifting device* can be used as an ergonomic lift assist for reach in, under and around obstacles. Use this lift assist when there is a requirement for a lot of vertical travel and the overhead clearance.

The Conco AirLift, is an ergonomic inline vertical lifter. It has been designed to be a lightweight and cost-effective in-line lifting device. The AirLift makes it possible to float the load, making it virtually weightless mimicking an air balancer but offers the rigidity of a manipulator. This ergonomic lifter makes it easy to position and set loads or objects in place quickly and precisely. The AirLift can be attached to the end of the Conco Articulated Jib or to a rail system in place of a hoist.

The Conco Balance Master, a manipulator* arm, exhibits unique versatility in handling a wide variety of different applications. This pneumatic manipulator arm provides for exact positioning due to free, almost effortless horizontal and vertical movement, constant support and positive control at all times. The operator functions as a guide in the control system. This promotes fast and precise 3-dimensional handling with minimal force required by the operator to overcome the inertia of the load being handled.

Positechs pneumatic Torque Tube absorbs shock, torsional forces and impact forces from high torque tools, such as industrial screwdrivers and nutrunners. The Torque Tube is ideal for overhead applications where repetitive lifting and torque reactions are regular tasks in the work cell. The Articulated Jib Lifter is an articulating jib* designed for both horizontal and vertical positioning, with an air balancer built into the second arm. This articulating jib is ideal for reaching into inaccessible areas where headroom limitations preclude the use of a conventional articulated jib and balancer but the part handling requires the gentle touch of a pneumatic balancer. The articulated design allows for reach in and around obstructions that the conventional jib does not allow.

Conco Articulated Jib Arm, an articulating jib*, is a horizontal positioning device. This articulating jib is ideal for reaching into inaccessible areas where work cell obstructions, such as columns, conduit or equipment prevent the use of a conventional jib boom or workstation rail system. The first arm can be pedestal mounted or ceiling or trolley mounted. The second arm of this articulated jib crane can be mounted above or below the first arm depending on your headroom requirements.

An important feature on any articulating arm is the ability to level the joints to prevent arm drift. The Conco Articulated Jib Arms have leveling features built into the design along with many other options for providing brakes and power to the air balancer, hoist, or air lift that is attached to the end of the arm.

The Conco Articulated Jib Hoist delivers a unique design, offering the advantages of a fully functioning articulating jib*, integrated with the strength of a hoist to lift and position all types of payloads. With the hoist located behind the second arm, the Articulated Jib Hoist is ideal for low-headroom applications. The ability to maneuver around work cell obstructions this articulated jib with integrated hoist can pick and place heavy objects with ease. When your layout shows interference with conduit or obstructions coming down from the ceiling the articulated design allows you to work around these obstructions.
