With a large selection of tooling that allows us to cast while keeping costs down. We specialize in finished rubber rollers, including cores and subassemblies with bearings and bushings. The rollers are used for, but not limited to, labeling machines, folder machines, printers, robot wheels, conveyors, and semiconductor equipment.

We also manufacture molded parts by transfer and compression molding and rollers including cores that are finish ground. Some examples are polyurethane rings, polyurethane pads and polyurethane tubes, grommets and other custom molded parts. We also have the capabilities to refurbish used rollers.

We produce very intricate and difficult urethane products for various industries. PEI can make a roller turnkey, including core and covering. We are unique also because we don't typically require a tooling charge with any roller orders. Our services include Product Development, Machining, Fabrication, and cast urethane parts from prototyping to contract manufacturing. Our work is of the highest quality, as is our customer service.
