Precision fastener tooling supplies are all the same used in house to manufacture the header tooling that we sell. Through research we have found these supplies to be of the highest quality available to meet our own demands and requirements.

Specify by tool part number, "D" Diameter and quantity required. 2. If block and finger assembly is required, order by tool part number. 3. If pairs of fingers only is required, so specify in order. 4. If bolts, nuts and springs are required, so specify in order.

PFT2500 SERIES DIES ARE TO SAME TYPE AND IN SAME SIZE RANGE AS CARBIDE INSERT HEADING DIES (PFT2300 SERIES - SEE PAGE :23) EXCEPT FOR INTERNAL DIMENSIONS AS REQUIRED

Specify by tool part number, "D" Diameter and quantity required For solid steel (A.I.S.I D2) cut-off knife order by tool part number only. For cut-off knife with carbide insert, add "C" to tool part number.

CONCENTRICITY: 001 T.I.R FINISHES: 32 RMS or better CARBIDE: Customer to specify Carbide gradesSpecify by part number, grade carbide and quantity required.
