Preen's AFV-P Series is a programmable AC power source with DC output and precision measurement. This compact power source provides clean power with THD less than 0.3% at 5060 Hz and it delivers output voltage of 0-310 V and frequency of 40-500 Hz (opt. 15-1000 Hz). It is ideal for commercial, defense and aerospace test applications from design verification, quality assurance, ATE to mass production. AFV-P series comprise measurement features of rms voltage, rms current, true power, apparent power, power factor, crest factor, reactive power and etc. Its 5" touch screen with rotary knob allows quick adjustments and configurations of voltage, current and frequency. Total 1200 test steps in 50 built-in memories and transient generation functions allow simulations of voltage variations, surges, drops and frequency disturbances. Users can set up starting and ending phase angle from 0 - 360 degrees and they can also remotely control AFV-P via standard interfaces. Free control software and LabVIEW driver are available for easy programming and remote control.
The AFVAPF is a series of programmable AC power source that can be remote controlled and integrated with other systems for easier operation. Applications include home appliance, electronic, medical equipment, lighting, and etc. With better accuracy and faster response time, the AFVAPF series offers greater advantage for R&D and compliance tests.
Utilizing PWM switching technology, the ADC series DC power supply has high power density, short response time, high accuracy and well-around protection. It has been widely adopted in prod production line, burn-in test, laboratories and integrated system. Featuring a straightforward user interface, the ADC Series has advantages of modular design with compact size and light weight. It has three models of 2kW, 4kW and 8kW unit, and can be paralleled up to 64kW with 19 inches cabinet. With flexible configuration design, ADC series can meet needs of various applications with high price-performance ratio.
The PEL Series is an AC electronic load with regenerative function. It can be applied in burn-in test, production line and laboratory applications to replace the traditional resistive type AC load bank. Traditional resistive AC load transfer the energy to heat and dissipate. PEL not only transfers energy back to the grid and reduces the energy consumption, but also provides more accurate control and measurement for load simulation. PEL employs the most advanced PWM rectification (active rectification) technology with four-quadrant operation and digital signal processor technology (DSP). It not only can simulate different load characteristics including resistance and inductive type, but also can feed energy back to the grid, which lowers energy consumption and improves emission on carbon dioxide.
Preen’s APS series is a solid state voltage regulator with high precision and short response time. Using electronic compensation design topology, the APS series can detect fluctuation on input voltage and compensate to provide pure and stable voltage. Applications include mobilelaptop SMT production lines, medical equipment, communication equipment, communication stations, EMC test and laboratory use. The APS series has single-phase and three-phase models with power level up to 300kVA and input voltage range of ± 18% or ± 25% optional. The ±2% voltage regulation and ≤4ms response time make it ideal for applications requiring high accuracy.
Adopting digital control technology, the ABU series on-line industrial UPS will continuously monitor working status and battery condition, and alarm if failure occurs. ABU can filter mains input noise and provide pure sine wave power to loads. The output isolation transformer can further improve overload capability and help ABU to sustain impact current. The ABU series is widely used for mobilelaptop SMT production lines, medical equipment, automatic test equipments (ATE) , high-speed railway stations , off-shore oil platforms , data centers, communication equipments, robotic assembly line and other markets that require UPS for mission critical applications. ABU is a three-phase output UPS with power ranging from 10kVA to 300kVA. Users can select the battery capacity based on the power-off delay time requirement based on applications.
The BPS series is a family of high performance Shore Power Supply developed according to needs for shipbuilding, berths and ships. It can operate under environment with high level of humidity, heat and corrosion, and provide pure 50Hz and 60Hz power to abusive loads. With output power up to 2000kVA, the BPS series has output voltage of 440V (L-L) and output frequency of 47~63Hz continuously adjustable and 5060Hz fixed. Installed in a customized container, it has protection level up to IP54 and overload capability for harsh conditions.
The AMV series is a complete line of ground power developed for applications in aerospace and defense. The units come with compact size and can provide high quality 400Hz to aircrafts or components in hangars, repair stations, assembly station, factory and airports. 800Hz output customization is also available under request. The high protection level makes AMV ideal for outdoor use. Output voltage of the AMF series is 115200V fixed or with an adjustable range of 15V. Users can select between output frequency 400Hz fixed or 300~500Hz adjustable. With overload drive capability and IP54 protection level, the AMV series is ideal for motor, aerospace and military types of application. There are stand-alone and trailer type models for different applications.
