Our diverse automatic screw machine department enables us to manufacture very precise parts in large production volumes in the most efficient manner possible. These single and multi-spindle machines are equipped with special attachments which enable us to perform many types of secondary operations right on the machine thus eliminating the need for additional operations. All this translates to cost reductions for our customers without having to sacrifice quality, consistency, or on-time delivery.

Our CNC machining centers provide accuracy for those parts that cannot be turned. These machines can perform many labor intense operations with extreme accuracy and consistency holding tolerances as close as .0002"

Our swiss screw machines are a perfect compliment to the single and multi-spindle automatics. The swiss screw machine combines the largest production capabilities of single and multi-spindle automatics with its own unique high precision capabilities providing the most efficient way to manufacture very intricate precision machined parts.

Our state of the art CNC turning centers enable us to manufacture very complex parts with shorter lead times in both production and prototype size lots. Many of these turning centers are equipped with bar feeds providing the speed of a screw machine with CNC accuracy.

Our CNC swiss machines provide the intricate precision abilities of a swiss automatic with the shorter run, multi-tool, camless operation of a CNC. This enables us to provide shorter production runs with quicker lead times. We in turn work closer with our customers in the design stage as there is little need for extensive tooling.

Our diverse capabilities in machining also provides us the ability to machine a wide variety of plastics used in a multitude of applications.
