The perfect machine for labeling your front and back labeled cylindrical containers! Our machines will wrap your bottles, cans, tubes, and jars! Label objects from .5" to 10" diameter with labels up to 9" or 15" wide depending upon model. The Bottle-Matic OS includes the rewinder, bottle detector, optical label sensor, infinitely adjustable front roller, and is prewired for the compatible Smart-Jet Ink Jet Printer. This unit is available either as a 16 or a 10. New design includes the new self adjusting OPTICAL SENSOR to determine the gap between the labels thus eliminating the label switch that used to detect the leading edge of the label. Works with all paper liners. If you have a clear liner you may need an upgrade on the sensor. The new design also includes the infinitely adjustable front roller guide to handle all sorts of tapered containers by allowing slight widening of the rollers as needed. We strongly encourage you to send sample containers and a roll of label for testing. In some cases we may need to modify the front rollers to accommodate bulges, lips, caps, and ridges in your container. It's simple - just send us your container and roll of labels, we'll do the rest. The total solution includes the Automatic Measuring Device (AMD), Tape Aerial, Foot Pedal, and the Better Pack BP555eSA to speed up the packaging operation. By placing the machine sideways tape is dispensed and 'shot' over the carton for the operator to take and drop down to the carton flaps. Fast, simple and easy. Instead of using multiple strips of plastic tape, one strip of gummed tape seals with a natural bond to the carton surfaces creating the best closure for shipping. "More per foot, less per box" is really what it's all about. Gummed reinforced tape cost more per foot, yet your packers will use less per box by only using one strip top and one strip on the bottom to seal the carton. Additional benefits include a more secure seal, less time to construct and close the carton, and unlike tape guns it's virtually impossible to lose a tape machine. This unit handles reinforced and paper gummed tapes from 1 " to 3" wide. Select from 6" up to 45" in 3" increments, a doubler key, two repeat keys, random key, "+" and "-" 1 cm keys, and an "A" key. Set up to Code Date Products with the Smart-Jet Plus Ink Jet Printer We have taken an 8"motorized conveyor and a custom made mounting bracket to mount one or two MSSC Smart-Jet Ink Jet Printers so you can code and identify products two at a time, or print on the front and back of your products. The price includes the conveyor and table top mounting feet. Mounting bracket, printers, and stand sold separately. The low profile conveyor is made with an anodized aluminum frame with a fixed speed motor. The motor speed is 23 FPM using a 130 HP fixed speed gear motor. Two side guide rails are included to guide products to the printer. Standard conveyor also includes table top foot assemblies with non-marring inserts and 2" extensions.
