In support of our thermoset and thermoplastic molding services, we also offer assembly and sourcing services. We can develop custom assembly solutions that include sourcing of parts, and in-house assembly. Our facility is equipped with machines for de-flashing, grinding, drilling, milling, blasting, tumbling, ultrasonic operations and insert assembly. Fully assembled parts can be placed in special packaging upon request. All of our assembly services are performed on-site, and are subject to the same stringent quality standards as the rest of our manufacturing capabilities. Our facility is ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified. Our stringent quality management system is based on these principles. We can perform a wide range of testing and inspection procedures, or develop a custom plan to meet your particular quality requirements.

We’ve been a quality provider of custom thermoplastic injection molding services for over 40 years, servicing customers across many industries. We manufacture custom injection molding and insert molding products from engineered thermoplastics, with fillers such as fiberglass and minerals, as well as additives like UV stabilizers, flame retardant materials and EMI shielding. Thermoplastics become pliable or moldable above a specific temperature, and then return to a solid when cooled. When heat is added thermoplastics become soft, remoldable and weldable. Our thermoplastic injection molding capabilities allow us to manufacture products in shot sizes up to 6 ounces. All of our custom processes can maintain tolerances as low as ±.001″ and parts are monitored throughout the day by in process inspectors. We also offer many secondary services such as drilling, tapping, assembly, grinding, painting, ultrasonic inserting, post baking, and will provide custom packaging to our customers.

At Quadra-Tek, we specialize in custom thermoset molding through compression and transfer molding processes. The combination of these materials and our thermoset molding processes allows us to manufacture components that are heat resistant, corrosion resistant, have low out gassing, can be formed into a variety of shapes and sizes, and have high strength characteristics. Thermoset materials are also extremely dimensionally stable allowing us to mold components with tolerance as low as ±.0005”.
