For parts requiring intricate contours and a maximum utilization of time and material, nothing beats our Laser Cutting systems. With no tooling and CAD to CAM software, we are able to run both prototypes and production parts with great efficiency and precision.
Our stamping capabilities offer superior dimensional precision and uniformity of parts in production runs. From blanking, piercing, forming and drawing, we are able to utilize either standard tooling or compound dies and progressive tooling. Our stamped parts have included EMIRFI gaskets, card guides and bulk heads.
We have high volume Swiss type screw machines that can cut both custom and standard PEM style hardware. With a 5 axis horizontal machining center we are able to produce complex components and parts. Our CNC Machining Centers are most commonly used for drilling, tapping, countersinking, and counter-boring operations. By having in-house machining capabilities we are able to circumvent long supplier lead times and offer custom quantities of parts.
We offer complex mechanical assembly, PEM hardware insertion, kitting and riveting. In order to reduce lead time on mechanical assemblies, we can implement a kanban system, creating safety stock and finished assemblies based on forecast and then replenishing top level assemblies as the customer pulls in orders.
Our tooling capabilities include temporaries, compounds, progressives and in-house hard tooling. We have over 900 standard tools for our CNC turret press and many other special forms. Visit our tooling library page for a list of available tools or contact us for more information.
Our forming capabilities utilize both standard and autoload CNC Turret Punch Presses and European Style Press Brakes. Our specialty is chassis and server enclosure manufacturing, in addition to chassis component manufacturing. Both standard tooling and specialized forms can be utilized in the production of parts.
