Berkshire ValuSealLP is an ultrasonically sealed, cleanroom-laundered wiper recommended for use in cleanroom environments rated ISO Class 3 and above. It is composed 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric. This combination of properties provides ValuSealLP with the highest level of cleanliness, abrasion resistance, and chemical compatibility required for applications in which critical control of contaminants is needed. The same wiper material can be provided in pre-wetted wiper formats for reduced VOC emissions, increased convenience, increased productivity, improved solvent control and cleaning protocol repeatability, and reduced costs. For aseptic processing areas, the same wiper material can be provided in a gamma irradiated validated sterile to a 106 sterility assurance level. Dry and pre-wetted versions available.

Efficient cleaning of compounding isolators, biological safety cabinets, laminar flow hoods and other mini environments is critical to the quality and purity of compounded products. The EasyClean 360 System includes a light-weight, maneuverable cleaning tool along with easy-to-use laundered polyester knit covers. The padded knit cover and rounded edges of the mop head insure the tool does not scratch or damage surfaces.

SatPax HA-R combines ValuSeal -HA ultrasonically sealed edge cleanroom laundered wipers composed of 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric wetted with 70% IPA 30% DIW. This pre-wetted format provides a cost effective and easy to use solution versus traditional bulk handling of solvents, maintenance of squirt bottles and inconsistent wetting and cleaning associated with wetting a dry wiper during cleaning. A high solution saturation level of 65% makes SatPax HA-R Ideal for regulated applications or applications requiring higher solution levels delivered to the surface. Available in two solutions: SPXHA.01B.8 is a 595 IPADI H2O ; SPXHAR.01.8 is a 7030 IPADI H2O.
