Operation Nominal Voltage Monitor The SVM monitors single phase AC or DC voltages and operates a set of dry contacts. Several voltage ranges are available. The control is set to the nominal voltage and the relay will drop out when the percentage over or under voltage condition is reached. The LED lights when conditions are normal and the output relay is energized. A time delay controls the effects of short term voltage variations. Fixed delay is 0.5 second. DPM: Digital Multi-Range Three Phase Voltage Monitor

Operation The DPM is a Digital Phase Monitor that will monitor line voltages from 200VAC up to 600VAC. Actual line voltages and set-up parameters are set via the digital display. The supply voltage must be available during operation. With the supply voltage active, you can set-up all of the DPM’s settings without the line voltage connected. When the DPM is connected to the line voltage, it will monitor the line and if everything is within the set-up parameters, the output contacts will be activated. If the line voltages fall outside the set-up parameters, the output relay will be de-enegized after the trip delay. Once the line voltages recover, the DPM will re-energize the output relay after the re-start time delay (manual to 4 minutes). All settings and the last 4 faults are retained, even if there is a complete loss of power. : AC Current Sensing Plug-In

Operation AC Current Sensing An Input voltage must be supplied to the CJD continuously. With the current adjustment at the desired set point, the internal relay will energize and transfer the output contacts when the current through the C-T on the side of the CJD exceeds the adjustable set point for the time delay. When the current drops 2% below the set point, the internal relay will de-energize after the time delay. Current ranges on the multi-range CJD are selected by jumpers on the socket. CUB-0001: Transducer Back-Up Control

peration The CUB-0001has been designed to operate as a Back-Up Controller to a transducer based system. If the transducer fails, the Back-Up Controler will allow the system to continue to operate based on a single or dual float switch inputs and activate an alarm contact. Single Float Input With supply power available, when the float switch input closes, a time delay is initiated. If the switch stays closed longer than the time delay, the output to pump motor #1 is energized and the alarm contact closes. When the float switch input opens, a second time delay is initiated. If the float switch remains open when the second time delay is completed the Pump output will open. The alarm contact will remain energized until power is removed and re-applied with no float switches closed. On the next cycle, pump #2 will be started first, providing for alternation. Dual Float Inputs With supply power available, when the “HI” float switch input closes, the output to pump motor #1 is energized, the alarm contact closes and a time delay is initiated. If the “HI” input stays closed longer than the time delay, the output to pump motor #2 is energized. If the “HI” float switch input opens before the time delay is completed, the lag pump motor is not activated. When the “OFF” float switch input opens, all pump motot outputs are de-energized. The alarm contact wil remain energized until power is removed and re-applied with no float switches closed. On the next cycle, pump #2 will be started first, provideing for alternation. TDR-L: Pulse Relay Frequency Relay

Operation The TDR-L can be used to monitor the frequency of pulse from a proximity sensor or a contact closure. The TDR-L will supply the power the prox. When supply voltage is available, the cycling of the prox output or contact closure within the adjustable frequency ranges will allow the output contacts of the TDR-L to energize when the frequency is above the set point and de-energized when the frequency is below the set point. There are adjustable time delays available for pick-up and drop-out. One LED will flash at the frequency of the pulse inputs (faster frequency may simply appear On). The other LED will be red when the output relay is de-energized, green when the output relay is energied and flash during pick-up and drop-out timing.
