Material: Aluminum door & frame ; Type 316 Stainless steel hinges & hardware
Door: 14" aluminum diamond plate reinforced for live load of 625 poundsper sq. ft. (capable of holding up to 10 ft. head of water)
Hinge: Type 316 stainless steel butt hinges with tamper proof stainless steel bolts and nuts.
Gasket: 38 neoprene gasket
Opening Device: Automatic hold open arm with red vinyl grip allows door to open to 90 degrees, locking door in open position and allowing for easy control when closing door panel. Stainless steel compression springs provide lift assistance.
Standard Latch: Type 316 stainless steel pressure lock system and exterior staple for padlock
Finish: Mill finish with bituminous coating on exterior frame

All of these safety products are designed to be used with the Acudor Roof Hatches to allow safe use at all times. Telescoping Post designed to provide easy and safe access through Roof Hatches and Floor Doors. Mounts to top rungs of fixed wall ladder with basic tools. Safety Ladder Extension designed to provide easy and safe access through Roof Hatches and Floor Doors. Mounts to cap flashing of Roof hatch with basic tools.

TSP-1: Aluminum Telescoping Post.
Offers safety accessibility to roof areas through the Roof Hatch opening. Features: Adjustable hardware, installs on any fixed wall ladder. Locks in the upright position and provides the user with a firm grip. Fabricated from Aluminum, will not corrode. Install on a fixed wall ladder as required. Made of aluminum tubing and offers a telescoping section fixed to the ladder.
The extended section locks into position allowing for safe egress and ingress off and on a roof.

SLE-Y: Safety Ladder Extension.
Offers safety accessibility to roof areas through the Roof Hatch opening. Easy to install, bolts to Cap flashing, fabricated from Steel, will not corrode. Powdered Yellow for visibility and Attaches to Cap Flashing and assist easy egress and ingress through roof hatches.

RHADD Specifications:
Cover: Double-skin construction (in box type design) with 1" fibreglass insulation and a continuous EPDM foam weatherdraft seal gasket that is attached to the inside of cover to provide a flush, tight fit. Designed to support a live load of 40lbs.sq. ft., the cover is 18" thick aluminum. To accommodate the polycarbonate domes, an aluminum extrusion with built in condensation drainage channel is provided.
Curb: 18" Aluminum with 1" thick fiberboard roof insulation at curb exterior. Curb is 12" high, with 3.375" wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes
Hinge: Heavy Duty Aluminum pintle hinges with 38" pin
Opening: Gas spring operators allow cover to open and close with ease. Inside pull handle allows for easy control when closing cover.
Door Latch: Self latching, zinc plated outside T handle with stainless steel inside lock and lever assembly. Unit also has inside and outside padlock provisions.
Finish: Mill finish
