RB Royal offers custom coiling. Our proprietary coiling equipment is capable of dealing with round tube to 1 diameter making coils as large as 8 in inside diameter in a variety of materials including stainless, carbon steel, aluminum, etc. Specific tolerances include:

RB Royal designs and builds flexible fuel lines to meet each unique product application and environment. Considering the volatile nature of most fuels, sound design and construction of components and systems by reliable, experienced professionals is essential to safe, trouble-free operation. Marine applications for fuel, as specified by the U.S. Coast Guard, require even greater fire protection. Assemblies can also be produced to meet Underwriters Laboratories approval. Because we produce many of our own machined assembly components, RB Royal can often be more responsive and cost effective in developing and delivering solutions. Flexible fuel lines utilize specially compounded hose to safely function with certain fuel types and blends as well as LPG and Natural Gas. Assemblies can consist of flexible hose with end fittings or a combination hybrid assembly of flexible hose coupled with a section of bent and end-formed hard tubing. Hard lines are also an option in many fuel applications. RB Royal engineers will help design fuel lines from components best suited for each unique application and condition.

Handles RB Royal provides unique custom solutions to fluid check points. Select from Ring or T-shaped handles of glass filled Nylon 66 in sizes ranging from 38-716 in openings. Standard in SAE Safety Yellow imprinted with an oil can or simply plain, additional colors and symbols are available on a custom basis. Each handle style is available to accept either flat blade or round wire style gauge sticks, and each is equipped with a black, Viton O-ring. Dipstick Blades Available in either Flat Blade or Round Wire Blade matched to the handle of your choice. Standards are: Flat Wire Blade are 0.187 x .035 and made of pre-phosphated spring steel. Each is pin-stamped per customer design, notched or perforated as part of the gauging with a 90 degree end twist as well as an optional mid-twist to help the blade traverse down the tube properly Round Wire Blades are 0.062 in diameter and made of T302 stainless steel spring wire. Each has 0.125 x .028 stainless steel tube flattened and welded onto the wire end to provide a 1.6 long gauging area. As per the flat wire, each pin-stamp design is custom to customer requirements. With the dipsticks of an RB Royal proprietary design it is preferred that they be offered with a custom mated dipstick tube, typically of 38 or 78 diameter at the tube end. Mounting brackets are attached as required, and all tubes are available with painted or plated finishes.
