MIL CABLE MOUNTED PLUG

Our 7007 is a two pole, four cable, avionics-grade, quick disconnect, cable-mounted plug and is designed to mate with our avionics-grade, bulkhead-mounted receptacles. The members of our avionics family of connectors conform to and are QPLd to Mil Specs MS25182, MS3509, Mil-PRF-18148, Mil-E-18148, Mil-E-81099 and are available under Reblings Cage Code 30525. Each connector undergoes an electrical resistance test prior to shipment, 100% of the attaching hardware is functionally tested, the connectors components are fully assembled, a unique serial number is attached to the connector as well as the individual container in which it is shipped and a list of all serial numbers for each shipment is included with the shipping documents.

The Microhm connector is a two pole, cable-to-cable, low resistance connector containing crimpable aluminum contacts designed for 250 MCM aluminum cable. HIGH CURRENT BATTERY DISCONNECTOR

Reblings BFS-102 is the highest current, lowest resistance, toughest, single pole battery disconnector available. Safety and Health standards organizations in North America, Europe and Japan (OSHA, SAE, IEC, ISO, NIOSH, JASO) mandate that a battery disconnector (with lock-out and tag-out features) is to be included in the design of every direct current system to enable each circuit to be completely de-energized, ensuring the safety of service personnel when maintenance is being performed. The same level of safety is required for all electrified or battery assisted vehicles to protect Emergency Medical and Safety responders in the event of a traffic accident.

GAUGE 29

Gauge29 is a fixture used for checking the wear on the contact sockets of the 7000 series high power connectors. It is used to check the internal diameter of the contact sockets. Worn or damaged contacts can cause increased contact resistance between power connectors. A high contact resistance will cause voltage loss, as well as possible failure of the product. If the contact sockets on any of the 7000 series high power connectors do not pass the gauge, the unit should be replaced. Constructed from hardened stainless steel, Gauge29 is a reliable, robust, long-term solution for inspecting power connector sockets. PLEASE NOTE: Only the .370 end of the fixture should be used on Rebling Power Connectors 7000 series plugs.

Our Blind Mate Connector brings Reblings high current, high voltage, avionics-reliable contact design to a drawer-style connector suitable for battery swap and stackable modular power applications. Both connector halves are bulkhead-mounted and the rugged, high current pin contacts of the male connector act as the guide pins which mate with the floating-position socket contacts of the female connector.
