Our 7007 is a two pole, four cable, avionics-grade, quick disconnect, cable-mounted plug and is designed to mate with our avionics-grade, bulkhead-mounted receptacles. The members of our avionics family of connectors conform to and are QPLd to Mil Specs MS25182, MS3509, Mil-PRF-18148, Mil-E-18148, Mil-E-81099 and are available under Reblings Cage Code 30525. Each connector undergoes an electrical resistance test prior to shipment, 100% of the attaching hardware is functionally tested, the connectors components are fully assembled, a unique serial number is attached to the connector as well as the individual container in which it is shipped and a list of all serial numbers for each shipment is included with the shipping documents.

Reblings Commercial Grade, two wire, high amperage, high voltage, quick release connector was designed for extreme power applications requiring maximum reliability, performance and safety. This family of cable-mounted plugs incorporates Reblings time proven socket contact design with features required by motive power and stationary power applications, all at a lower cost. The environmental design keeps the elements out, providing an IP56 seal. Its also available with EMI shielding and High Voltage Inter-Lock switch options.

To address the heightened demand in non-avionics applications for high current, high voltage DC connectors, Rebling has coupled its time-proven quick disconnect technology with commercial grade manufacturing techniques to offer a family of bulkhead-mounted receptacles with features required by OEMs in the markets we serve (motive power, stationary power, engine starting, auxiliary power and renewable power). These two pole, bulkhead-mounted receptacles are designed to mate with our commercial grade, cable-mounted plug connectors.

The Microhm connector is a two pole, cable-to-cable, low resistance connector containing crimpable aluminum contacts designed for 250 MCM aluminum cable. Its rugged design allows cable rotation for ease of installation of low-strand-count stiff cables typical of solar and other renewable power installations. The ergonomic design delivers passive locking, polarization, rack mount flanges and manual unlocking.

As work truck, electrified vehicle, auxiliary power and stationary power applications trend toward higher voltages and currents and faster charging times, improved features are needed to enable the OEMs in those markets to maintain their competitive edge and reduce their end users' total cost of ownership. In keeping with our commitment to deliver new features at economical prices, we now offer a commercial grade receptacle with six color-coded mechanical keying combinations. These keying combinations can be used to differentiate various voltage or current levels to prevent errors by your system assembly, operations or maintenance personnel.

Reblings BFS-102 is the highest current, lowest resistance, toughest, single pole battery disconnector available. Safety and Health standards organizations in North America, Europe and Japan (OSHA, SAE, IEC, ISO, NIOSH, JASO) mandate that a battery disconnector (with lock-out and tag-out features) is to be included in the design of every direct current system to enable each circuit to be completely de-energized, ensuring the safety of service personnel when maintenance is being performed. The same level of safety is required for all electrified or battery assisted vehicles to protect Emergency Medical and Safety responders in the event of a traffic accident.

Our advanced design is the result of years of work and decades of experience with aerospace and commercial applications. Our switches have been designed for the harsh, exposed chassis environments of off-road work trucks, construction equipment, electrified and solar assisted passenger and cargo vehicles and stationary energy storage systems. Unlike load switches or contactors, disconnect switches are slow moving switches and are not designed to suppress electric arcs; they are intended to be opened only after the circuit has been de-energized by some other control device, like a contactor or a circuit breaker

Gauge29 is a fixture used for checking the wear on the contact sockets of the 7000 series high power connectors. It is used to check the internal diameter of the contact sockets. Worn or damaged contacts can cause increased contact resistance between power connectors. A high contact resistance will cause voltage loss, as well as possible failure of the product. If the contact sockets on any of the 7000 series high power connectors do not pass the gauge, the unit should be replaced. Constructed from hardened stainless steel, Gauge29 is a reliable, robust, long-term solution for inspecting power connector sockets. PLEASE NOTE: Only the .370 end of the fixture should be used on Rebling Power Connectors 7000 series plugs.

Our Blind Mate Connector brings Reblings high current, high voltage, avionics-reliable contact design to a drawer-style connector suitable for battery swap and stackable modular power applications. Both connector halves are bulkhead-mounted and the rugged, high current pin contacts of the male connector act as the guide pins which mate with the floating-position socket contacts of the female connector.

Designed for the temperature sensitive environment of high current, rapid discharge lithium battery modules, the silver plated copper core of our BFT connector stays cool even during extreme discharge rates.
