Demonstrating our talents for producing superior quality work for the architectural market, Red River Precision Mfg., Inc. crafted these mosaic tiles for a custom flooring application. After developing the pattern using our multi-featured CAD software, our skilled technicians applied water jet cutting technology, which creates clean cuts without deformation or heat-induced damage, to fabricate these 12” x 12” x .25” thick ceramic tiles on a tight 3-week schedule. All tiles were put through a dimensional inspection process to guarantee they met the high quality standards our customer expected, then were carefully packaged and shipped to ensure damage-free delivery.

Known for our extensive inventory of advanced technology metal fabrication machinery, Red River Precision Mfg., Inc.'s skills were called on to produce a steel electronic enclosure for a medical laser used for stimulating hair growth. Working from customer-supplied specifications, our machining specialists created the CAD programming for cost-effectively launching a multi-step manufacturing process for turning 0.74” thick cold-rolled steel into a 16”x 16” x 40-inch long cabinet that met the exacting demands of the medical industry. A streamlined operation, employing techniques including shearing, punching, forming, and welding, was initiated, then followed up by a sanding process to deliver the smoothest finish before applying a white wet coat Polane® finish. Dimensional inspection verified that each cabinet in this initial 125-unit order held to the tight ±.010” tolerance requirement. In 4 short weeks, we were able to ship this order to a satisfied customer in Austin, and we are pleased that they have contracted us to manufacture this enclosure on an ongoing basis.

Red River Precision Mfg., Inc. recently had the opportunity to exhibit its expertise for manufacturing high quality components that tolerate the rigors of the semiconductor industry. This stainless steel cooling box presented us with three challenges - it needed to be manufactured to within precise ±.010” tolerances, had to be able to withstand 125 psi pressure, and 50 units had to be delivered within a 2-week timeframe. Working with a customer-supplied print and 2D CAD drawing, our skilled machinists carefully planned out the shearing, saw cutting, forming, water jet cutting, and welding operations needed to fabricate this 8” x 4.5” cooling box from .074” thick 316 stainless steel. An electropolishing step was then required to increase corrosion resistance and improve the surface finish. After pressure testing and dimensional inspection to verify that the cooling box was up to the standards the customer required, each piece was individually bubble-wrapped for shipment and delivered on schedule.
