Custom Plastic Injection Molding At All-Rite Industries, our full service plastic injection molding capabilities can accommodate the requirements of the most demanding industries. We utilize custom designed and fabricated tooling and specialize in everything from a single prototype, to high volume blanket orders. Our comprehensive capabilities encompass the entire project life cycle, from design and engineering assistance, to tool making, prototype, production including insertover molding with two-shot capacity, assembly, packaging, and delivery. These capabilities position us as a single source solution for injection molded manufacturing. These capabilities, when combined with our wire forming, and metal stamping proficiencies allow us to provide a wide range of products and assemblies in a convenient and economical manner. For assemblies such as assist handles, speaker grills, latch silencers, and fuel door springs, insert molding can provide integrated solutions all produced at All-Rite Industries. We work with a wide array of plastic materials including ABS, PC, TPC-ET, PVC, Nylon, TPV, PP and HDPE. We currently run vertical and horizontal injection molding equipment with a clamping force of up to 400 tons. We can also provide any additional assembly needed, such as mechanical assembly, adhesive bonding, welding, and packaging. By offering customers a turnkey manufacturing option backed by an ISOTS16949:2009 certified quality management system; we are able to save overall assembly costs while providing world class quality. Inventory is managed utilizing FIFO with Just in Time shipping schedules, and we have EDI capabilities. CNC Wire Forming The wire forms we manufacture at All-Rite Industries are used in some of the most demanding applications within the automotive, agricultural, and appliance industries. Our products are used as torsion rods, stowage hooks, child seat tether wires, and numerous other components. CNC forming equipment is used to produce wire forms in a wide range of volumes. All-Rite Industries is capable of manufacturing wire diameters up to ½ inch (12.7 mm). Using our custom-built equipment, we can bend wire on up to six different axis and perform in-line machining processes such as swedging, piercing, threading, chamfering, and broaching. High speed unlimited feed lengths add to the versatility of this precision equipment. For parts up to 8 mm in diameter, mechanical slide (four-slide, multi-slide, & Verti-slide) equipment can be used to produce a range of part types with maximum efficiency. We work with a variety of materials, with the most common being steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. Any finishing processes such as heat treating, plating, and painting, can be arranged through a trusted vendor. Our quality management program is ISOTS16949:2009 certified and backed by a history in the contract manufacturing industry that dates back to 1947. We are a preferred vendor to many OEM companies and prominent Tier I suppliers. Lead times are evaluated on a job by job basis, depending on the scope of the project. Punch Press, FourslideMulti-Slide Metal Stamping Our custom stamping capabilities at All-Rite Industries are designed to handle a variety of part types and production volumes. We utilize four-slides & multi-slides, as well as punch press machines to meet the varied needs of our customers. Products range in size from small spring clips, to large brackets. We have stamping capabilities up to 400 tons. Many of our stampings are part of assemblies. With In-house wire forming and welding capabilities, we are a trusted source for multiple industries. Any heat treating or plating can be facilitated through one of our partner vendors that make up a network of high quality finishing service providers we have vetted through our 60 year presence in the stamping, wire forming, and injection molding industry. We are ISOTS16949:2009 certified and perform multiple quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that all components meet the specified requirements. Assembly & Fabrication At All-Rite Industries, our assembly services are integral to our ability to provide customers with a turnkey manufacturing solution that allows them to eliminate the costs associated with using multiple vendors to produce a complete assembly. We can take wire forms, stampings, and molded components that are manufactured in-house and assemble them using fastening, adhesive bonding, staking, or welding methods. We can use either manual or robotic processes to weld assemblies though MIG arc welding or resistance welding. The automation of these welding processes increases throughput and provides a permanent assembly solution. When combined with the premium quality stamping, wire forming, and injection molding services we offer, these assembly services create a robust manufacturing solution for a broad customer base.
