Versi-Foam High Density Systems

  • Packaged in one carton and includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing g Will produce 120 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 10 cubic feet
  • Packaged in two cartons. It includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing Will produce 396 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 33 cubic feet
-Foam is available in a higher density system, with a free rise density of 2.8

pounds per cubic foot, 3 pounds per cubic foot in place. It is 98% closed cell resulting in an R-factor of 7.7, a low moisture absorption rate and excellent compressive strength. This spray foam formula is suitable for applications where a stronger, harder material is required, including cryogenics and polyurethane foam roofing repair. This formulation has an expansion rate six times its original liquid volume and is tack free in approximately 30 to 45 seconds and is available in the Versi-Foam Systems 10 and 33.

Fan Tips

All Versi-Foam Systems (other than Systems I and Hy-Flo Systems) include three
fan tips. This is an accessory that is screwed onto the threaded end of the mixing nozzle to produce a fan spray pattern. The pattern is approximately 14" wide when you are standing 18" to 24" from the surface. This accessory will work with all foam formulas.

Mixing Nozzles

All Versi-Foam Systems (other than System I) include ten mixing nozzles. These

nozzles snap onto the front of the gun, and is the only place in the system where the two chemicals are mixed together creating foam. It is for this reason that the nozzle must be changed every time dispensing has been stopped for longer than the tack free time. The majority of our systems have a tack free time of 30 to 45 seconds. If your application require numerous startingstopping procedures, where the time between applications is greater than the tack free time, then it may be necessary to purchase extra mixing nozzles. The multi- purpose nozzle, extending mixing nozzle and flash spray nozzles are available for purchase in any quantity.

SPRAY Foam Gun Assemblies

ersi-Foam Systems (other than System I) include a spray foam gunhose

assembly, a packet containing ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips and nitrile gloves. In the event that the kit was not functioning properly due to a prolonged duration of time between uses or extreme humidity causing a clog on the "A" component side of the gun; replacement gun and hose assemblies are available for purchase.

All medium size kits use the 10 foot gunhose assembly complete with a packet of ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips and nitrile gloves.

All large size kits (with the exception of the Hy-Flo) use the 15 foot gunhose assembly complete with a packet of ten mixing nozzles and three fan tips. The Hy-Flo System uses a 20 foot gunhose assembly complete with a packet of 12 flash spray nozzles, three multi-purpose mixing nozzles and nitrile gloves.

For those further and harder to reach areas a 30 foot gunhose assembly is available and can ONLY be used with the large size kits. Please be aware that all Versi-Foam Systems are designed so that there is sufficient nitrogen within the tanks to empty them utilizing the standard equipment with the systems are provided with.

700 Hy Flo System

Constant pressure systems, ideal where a consistent spray pattern is needed from start to finish
Can spray an even 14 12" wide pattern at 1" thick. Perfect solution for the highly efficient hybrid insulation system or air sealing projects where 1" of foam is required.
Hy-Flo 700 consists of two sets of chemical tanks partially filled and more heavily pressurized. It is packaged in four cartons, complete with our patented U-Control dispensing gun attached to two 20 foot hoses, 12 flash spray nozzles, 3 multi-purpose mixing nozzles, and nitrile gloves.
Hy Flo 700 will produce 700 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness
Hy-Flo 350 is intended for use as a spare set of chemicals for the Hy-Flo

700. It consists of a single set of chemicals with no accessories.
Hy-Flo 350 will produce 350 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness
The Hy-Flo Systems are a Class I foam
The medium and large size systems can be shut down and used on another day. Once the kit is opened, it is recommended that the kit be used in 30 days, and it is required that the systems are used at least once every seven days.

The published yields for the Versi-Foam Systems are theoretical and vary based on several factors, including ambient conditions and specific application.

Versi-Foam Slow Rise Systems

  • Packaged in one carton and includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing g Will produce 200 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 16.5 cubic feet
  • Packaged in two cartons. The system is complete with the two chemical components, our patented U-Con Will produce 600 square feet of cured foam at a 1" thickness, or 50 cubic feet The medium and la
ersi-Foam is also available in a 2 pound per cubic foot density with slower reactivity. Where most of our foams are tack free in approximately 30 to 45 seconds, the Slow Rise formula is tack free in approximately 3 minutes. This is useful in applications where the foam needs to flow to distant areas before it solidifies. Please be aware, that the slower cure time does not affect the expansion. The Slow Rise formula will expand approximately six times it original liquid volume, therefore, the Slow Rise foam is NOT recommended for use in wall cavities where one or more sides of the wall is gypsum wallboard or other material that would not withstand the pressure of the expansion.

The Versi-Foam Slow Rise System is 97% closed cell an has an insulation R-value of 6.7. The Versi-Foam Slow Rise formula is available in several different sizes depending on the application.
