Powerful Filtration, Mounted Overhead Vista360™ is one of RoboVent’s most recent innovations, combining powerful filtration technology with an installation scheme designed for convenience and space saving. Vista360 begins with a dust and fume collector that is perfectly suited for heavy welding needs. The serious fumes produced by robotic welding cells are captured by the Vista360, and the system filters the air and returns it to the facility. The system’s cutting-edge filters ensure that the smallest and most dangerous particles—many of which contain toxic metals—are removed from the environment. Vista360’s other distinguishing feature is the manner in which it is installed—on the ceiling, out of the way of other equipment and traffic. Freeing up floor space allows you to keep your production lines flexible. Sight lines are much improved across the plant floor, as well. Customizable Industrial Engine Exhaust Ventilation Idling engines can rapidly fill poorly ventilated workshops with carbon monoxide and other toxic fumes. Exhaust hose reels mitigate the issue by capturing vehicle exhaust fumes at the source to create a cleaner, safer work environment. Indoor Exhaust Hose Reel Features Exhaust hose reels are available as motor-operated or manual-spring retractable units. Hoses are offered in standard 4″(10.16cm)-, 5″(12.7cm)-, 6″(15.24cm)- and 8″(20.32cm)- diameters and are completely assembled and ready for installation. Custom applications, including 8″(20.32cm)- through 18″(45.72cm)- diameter hose configurations, are also available to fit your exact industrial ventilation requirements. RoboVent exhaust hose reels can be mounted in three positions: from an overhead support structure, a side support structure or on the floor. The reels may be connected with ductwork to a central exhaust ventilation system, or individual reels may be supplied with a direct mount fan. A variety of tailpipe adaptors attach to all types of vehicles.
