In addition to our Banding Type Cable Hangers, Samtan Engineering also manufactures Local Banding Hangers as illustrated below. Samtan Local Banding Hangers are offered in standard sizes from 3⁄4" through 6" wide. These hangers are available in zinc plated mild steel and type 316 stainless steel.

Samtan Engineering Banding Type Cable Hangers are offered in several different configurations and are used to support main cable runs in surface and subsurface vessels. These hangers are fabricated from mild steel painted with a weldable zinc chromate primer. With more than 45 punch presses in operation, ranging in capacity from 3 to 105 tons, the stamping department at Samtan has the flexibility to produce an enormous variety of precision metal stampings; from simple stampings to intricate assemblies. The great variety of our presses in available tonnage, stroke, shut height, bed size, and speed provides us the ability to run an abundance of part shapes & sizes. Capable of short, medium, and long production runs, whatever the requirements of your design, Samtan Engineering has the ability to turn your stamping concept into a reality.

In addition to our pipe clamp line, Samtan Engineering also offers "Key-Lock" pipe hangers, rubber block pipe supports, and steel block pipe supports. Samtan "Key-Lock" pipe hangers, available in standard sizes from 38" through 4" IPS, feature a mild steel or stainless steel hanger body with a welded (flat bar or angle) support leg, a neoprene rubber or fiberglass liner, and a locking key made from mild or stainless steel. The stainless steel hangers are typically available plain, while the mild steel clamps are typically available painted with a weldable zinc chromate primer. Special finishes, such as heat-resistant coatings and epoxy coatings, are available per customer request.

Our combination of multiple-action draw presses and punch presses equipped with draw cushions allows Samtan Engineering to produce an array of deep drawings. With 5 mechanical and 3 hydraulic double-action draw presses, ranging in capacity from 50 to 550 tons, our draw department is capable of producing parts of diverse sizes and complexity. In addition to the large part capability of our multiple action presses, our complement of 8 draw cushion-equipped OBI punch presses provides us the capacity to economically produce smaller drawn parts as well. We routinely draw parts of all shapes and sizes, from a 38" cylindrical shell to a 30" long buffet pan. For drawn parts: large or small, low quantity or high volume, Samtan Engineering has the equipment and experience to fulfill your requirements.
