SAS SEALTRON Conductive Elastomers can be made in virtually any O-Ring size. The following pages list standard sizes and our part numbers. Custom sizes available upon request.

While primarily suggested for use in gasket applications requiring high levels of attenuation along with a moisture seal; because of its economics, it is also recommended for commercial shielding. Order with or without PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) in sheet, strip or custom form as per your requirement.

Our part numbering system shown to the right was created to differentiate the various types of wire oriented SEALTRON Materials.

SAS SEALTRON Materials also come as Oriented Wire In Silicone and Fluorosilicone.

This material is produced from the combination of specification grade siliconefluorosilicone and wire used in sheet and strip form. The silicone elastomer acts as an environmental seal, while the wires provide excellent conductivity to establish EMIRFI integrity. Available in both solid and sponge silicone, and with aluminum or monel wires. Custom composites are available upon request.

Also available in combination form "partition strip" when required. Partition strip is used when corrosion may be of great concern and compressive force available may be minimal. Wires can be oriented in any width of the gasketing material, most commonly .25" wide. The balance of the width creates the environmental seal, while the partition with wire provies the EMI seal.

SAS SEALTRON Conductive Elastomers can be made into a variety of different washer sizes. With Water Jet and Laser Cutting technologies there is often no tooling involved. The following is a partial listing of a limitless selection of washer sizes that can be manufactured.

first 4 digits in the PN (labeled 1xxx) with the material type.

SAS Industries, Inc. carries an extensive range of standard tooling for Waveguide Gaskets. These gaskets can be supplied either molded or die cut in a wide range of compounds.

A few examples of various compounds used are Silicone, Neoprene, EPDM, and EMIRFI Shielding Materials for conductive applications.

Our standard Waveguide Gaskets are made to fit CPR, UG, and CMR flanges, and we can also produce any other form fo waveguide gasket to fit any other flange design. Our leading stance in this field enables us to stock a wide variety of Waveguide Gaskets giving us the ability to ship low or high quantities within days of receiving your order. We make our Waveguide Gaskets to nearly any compound, most commonly in a 70 Durometer Grey Silicone or a Conductive Silicone variation (Typically SAS SEALTRON 1068, an 85 Durometer Silver Plated Copper filled Silicone that is tan in color. Below you will find some of our standard sized waveguides. Keep in mind we are capable of making many custom sizes along with having many more sizes that aren't listed. For example we have many hard to find PDR Style Waveguide Gaskets that are not yet listed here.

Other applications require a gasket to be molded directly to metal. Any of the SEALTRON Conductive Elastomers can also be provided in this format. This allows for the use of tighter tolerances and much smaller than typical pro les. This also creates a full nished and assembled part.

SAS SEALTRON Conductive Elastomers are provided in various different configurations. Some applications that we can tailor fit this material to your needs are molded product, extruded profiles, sheet material, and cut parts using our various tooling and machinery in order to create the end result you desire.
