Savage's narrow bed TFS straightening press is the perfect solution for straightening heavy shafts, tubes and bars. The workpiece is loaded onto pressing anvils. The gantry is then traversed over the shaft. Straightening accessories include: Power workpiece rotation, power lift, power anvil positioning and power rotation stand positioning along the bed.

Horizontal forcing presses are used to pushpull wheels, sheaves, gears, rolls etc. ontooff shafts or axles. Model shown is inclined to allow overhead loading. Inserts are available for different shaft diameters. Open design allows work of infinite lengths. Many sizes and models available.

Savage horizontal presses are generally used for straightening or bending structural materials. Available in a variety of configurations. Options include conveyors, powered worklifters, powered work rotators, moveable anvil blocks, guided ram, t-slotted bolsters and pushbutton or lever controls.

With frontal shuttle table to load tools and allow work on the lower tool halves. Features a 90 degree upper swing-out platen facing rear to allow access to upper tool.
